Communication with iVisa was OK but the whole process was difficult, a difficult site to navigate, maybe because it was because of Zambia, but I would have spent at least 20 hours getting this visa. Not again,

The process wasn't clear and I paid for expedited process but ended up taking more than a week with the cost of two-days processing.

I tried to apply for a visa directly online myself (it's cheaper) - problems came up in the recognition of scanned documents. I switched to iVisa, and with a couple of iterations in document submissions they sorted the problem and my visa application has been successful

The visa took took really long and I was almost about to cancel my tickets. This time the customer service wasn't great as compared to my last experience. I am not sure if something has changed with you guys. The customer care number mentioned on your website for India - [redacted] as well as for UK - [redacted] never asker any calls. Please check the call logs and you mights see the number of times I tried calling them. The online chat portal is also very slow in responding for some reason. The experience was good in that I was always in the knowing of the shortcoming or the missing links and when there was a delay, I was also informed. There was a good communication.
Timely delivery but needs to make documentation simpler and easy to get.
Paid extra for fast processing, took around 15 days , website said 24 hours. Trip is cancelled.

Sharing of information and coordination with the client is very slow -----you charge $25 more and quality of services is very poor, even visa fee e receipt was not shared with me until I wrote and insisted to you, My office in Zambia personally visited immigration office and made it possible for me to get visa approval, ------ if you are taking fee you need to be efficient and quick otherwise its useless --

Although I had my application for Visa in with plenty of time to spare, it was late for my trip. Very distressing and made for difficulty getting into the country.

Worst experience of visa applications ever. Do not use ivisa when applying to Zambia - the fast track doesn’t affect the time taken to approve the visa. They charge simply to submit the visa, which you can do directly through Zambia’s own website. The support agents weren’t helpful in sharing the usual approval timings, which meant that I had to reschedule flights several times based on wrong information. I had to reach out to visa officers directly for right information. Avoid this at all costs - it’s both cheaper and quicker to apply directly through Zambia’s online application system.
For Zambia very good!! For Kenya !! Not so good!! If it works well! I do recommend this service!! But have all the correct documents that is essential!!

Our Visa application needed additional information as we were not flying into the country and the team were highly efficient, helpful and supportive. It was all sorted within days and even over a weekend. Thank-you
The whole Super Rush Visa concept is a big bogus way of making more money for the company and not that the Government or Embassy would be paid extra to get a visa within 24 hours. Visas for our guests came nearly post 3 days and their pretext to the money they took called “SuperRush Visas” was that they would give it priority in resending the exact documents you sent to them. Total Disaster. Our 1 set of guests had to skip the Zambian Tour. And were all Heartbroken. Whenever asked the chat option about why we paid regular 25$ fees plus 60$ super rush fees, they kept just answering its not in our hands. Then why keep the option of SuperRush just to make innocent people who are desperate a FOOL. Should rather have only normal service fees that you charge. Its the Corporate Greed which this company should stop at once with if they cant produce results in 24 hours. Then they send you to their terms and conditions page, how many people actually go through each and every time terms and conditions of any website? Its a trust based relationship, which iVisa has not held the bargain to. Would never use them again. Horrible after the money is paid. Dont get caught up with these SuperRush Scamsters.

I was going to try and get my Zambia visa on my own, but the government site was not cooperating, like trying to upload pdf's (which I found out later won't work). For the extra $20 spent, it was well worth it and super easy to work with.
