Purpose: The Jamaica C5-Form is a mandatory online immigration and customs declaration required for all travelers entering Jamaica by air or sea.

When to apply: The form must be completed before travel. It is recommended to submit it within a few days prior to departure.

Processing time: Approval is typically issued shortly after submission, depending on the information provided.

Duration and extensions: The C5-Form is valid for a single trip and must be completed for each entry into Jamaica. It does not determine the length of stay, which is set by immigration authorities.

Entries: Single entry per submission.

Delivery format: This is a digital travel declaration linked to your passport. Travelers must present the confirmation upon arrival in Jamaica.

Jamaica Entry Visa*

The Jamaican Entry Visa is required for travelers from visa-required countries who are not eligible for visa-free entry. It must be obtained in advance through a Jamaican embassy or consulate and allows short stays for tourism, business, or family visits, depending on the visa issued.

A Port-of-Entry Visa may be issued in limited circumstances to eligible travelers arriving in Jamaica without prior authorization.
