The Ghanaian citizens who plan to spend their vacation in Mexico must first apply for a Mexico tourist card (Forma Migratoria Multiple), and while you can get it on the plane or at arrival, iVisa gives you the possibility to acquire it online before departure. If you use the online application system, the card can be yours as fast as possible.

However, if you're from Ghana, you also need a Tourist Visa to travel to this country, so you'll have to go to an Embassy to receive it. iVisa simplifies you part of the process by offering you the Tourist Card, but you still have to apply for your Tourist Visa separately.

To learn more about the whole process with your Ghanaian passport, iVisa has brought you this useful article so you can get all the requirements properly.
