Yes, Bulgarian citizens need a visa to travel to Thailand.

Bulgaria is among 13 countries whose citizens are eligible for Thailand’s electronic visa on arrival (eVOA). This single-entry visa permits a stay of up to 15 days Per Entry in Thailand and can only be used for tourism and business activities.

The eVOA simplifies the immigration process for faster clearance when you arrive in Thailand. Please note that a Thailand eVOA is valid only for the travel date and the airport specified in your application. Should you need to change your travel dates or arrival airport after the eVOA is issued, a new application is necessary.

If your visit will extend beyond 15 days, you must apply for a Thailand Tourist Visa instead.
