Where can I learn more about the Singapore Arrival Card?
Required Documents to Apply
Instead of the traditional paper Disembark/Embark Card, travelers would be able to show only their passport for the Immigration Officer to find the Electronic Arrival Card + Health Declaration in their immigration system.
Travelers must have a passport with at least 6 months of validity from the planned date of entry.
You can apply for the SG Arrival Card + Health Declaration up to 3 days in advance of your arrival in Singapore.
The SG Arrival Card + Health Declaration has the purpose of facilitating the entry to Singapore but it DOES NOT replace a visa. If your country requires it, the immigration officers at the airport will ask for your Visa. Bear in mind that some nationalities require a paper visa. If that is the case for you, we suggest you approach the nearest embassy.
What to do if my Singapore Arrival Card has been canceled or rejected?
The iVisa experts will review all your submitted information documents and assist you during the application process to avoid rejections. However, if the Singapore authorities still refuse or cancel your application, you may be eligible for a full refund of the iVisa processing fee related to the number of rejected applicants.
Please note that the government fees are not refunded.
You can reapply for the Singapore SG Arrival Card, depending on the reasons for cancellation or rejection.
Does the date of arrival in Singapore on the application form refer to the date of arrival or the date of departure at the embarkation city/port?
How to update my information if there are any changes to the submitted details on Singapore Arrival Card?
If anything has changed after you have submitted the application for the SG Arrival Card, contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If we have not processed your visa yet, we may be able to make changes, but this is not a guarantee.
If we have already processed and submitted your application to the appropriate Singapore government agency, they may not allow any changes anymore, so please make sure all info is updated and correct before submitting.
How do I withdraw the submitted SG Arrival Card if I decide to cancel my trip?
We understand that unforeseen events happen and travel plans can change. Our refund policy is as follows:
If your application has not been reviewed by iVisa yet, or has not been submitted to the government for approval, then you will receive a credit for the full amount of both the iVisa processing fee and government fee.
If your application has been reviewed by iVisa, but has not yet been submitted to the government yet, you will receive a credit for the full amount of the government fee only.
If your application has been reviewed and submitted to the government by iVisa or a visa is already issued, unfortunately, no credit or refund is available.
