I didn't get my results of traveling to Austria until less than a week before my trip. It told me I had to quarantine for 10 days when I was only going to be there for 7 for a ski trip. The results were very vague and inconsistent with the covid rules on the Austrian website. Needless to say, I had to cancel my trip that had been rescheduled twice over the past two years due to covid. I am out $2000 because of the last minute notice and inconsistent answers. I want my money back!
