A big 0 for the service. I paid for a priority visa which was supposed to take 2 hours and they didn't deliver. Scammy like.
No clear communication on how to proceed, takes too much time for getting eVisa Canada. When you apply on the official website you get approval within 2 minutes, with iVisa it. takes a week! And then it is still not clear what next steps are.

SCAM! IVisa is a bogus service. I gave 1 star because it's not possible to give less. With the search words "Canada tsa website" the IVisa web-form was among the very first search results. I got fooled to think that it was the Canadian government tsa-portal and filled in the web-form, for which I had to pay about 73€ (76USD) for 3 persons. Only after paying they said that I'll get the decision earliest on 19th February. As we were traveling on 21st February, I got alarmed and paid about 30€ (31USD) more for the "IVisa 4-hour rush-service", which never materialized. I realized that I had been scammed. I went and found the real Canadian tsa-portal. The cost was 21€ for the 3 of us and our applications were approved within minutes. On 18th February I received an email from IVisa, saying that there is government action on our application. I followed the links and got the CBSA letters to be presented at the airport. This CBSA Advance Declaration is in reality free of charge, but IVisa charged me 103€ for letting me to fill in those Canadian government's forms by myself. With zero assistance from IVisa. I just found out that it's actually criminal for company to charge for a free Canadian government service. When taking a more careful look at IVisa's Trustpilot ratings, it became quickly cleat those 5 star appraisals are doctored bs. People being grateful for IVisa having arranged for them visas to visa free dedtinations. Yeah right.
You made me buy something I did not need. I spent 38 dollars in order to have a Visa that cost 7 and I did not have the visa. I have been scammed.
I didn’t get what I ordered. I ordered a New Zealand visa. I got a « Canada » declaration l. I am a Canadian with a passport. I applied to enter New Zealand !!!! Which I still haven’t gotten !!!

I’m was applied for Canadian eta visa on iVisa website I got visa and I was try to travel from Frankfurt to Vancouver but they didn’t let me travel because ur visa is fake I was talk with Canadian embassy they told me this visa is not in our system and now a need new visa or refund Thank you
iVisa made me think I was applying for a visa for India, the words they used were “you will need a visa to enter India” under this statement there was a button to apply now which I did and followed all the steps. I paid my registration fee all I got was registered to the Canadian government, no visa!! Not even help to get a visa.
I called to follow up on the Ivisa and no one to be found. Got cut off twice with no help.
It's misleading. I was trying to buy a Visa, and just basically "paid" to let the Canadian Consulate know I was traveling there. I could do that myself.
I am not sure what Ivisa is doing for us. We needed Visas for Mozambique, for our trip . If that is not what we are getting then this fee is totally wasted. We will see shortly. Dennis Hilling
I am very dissatisfied with this service. It is unclear what I paid for—if not a visa then what? In addition, it’s virtually impossible to navigate around the pages. Requests are made for codes and passwords which never work. I finally asked for a refund and was refused. A totally frustrating experience
Although the email communications with the employees of iVisa were very helpful and efficient, we found the online formula very confusing and longwinded. The Name "ivisa" for us is incorrect, as it only relates to the covid vacinations and NOT the entry visa for Canada as we were led to believe. This resulted in us having to complete eTA forms online at the airport, more Stress. If we have been vacinated four times, it should be sufficient to upload only the fourth or last vacination, as for other countries, as you cannot have this without the previous vacines. To try and complete this online when our journey had already started was very stressful and time consuming. Why is it not possible to upload information before our journey begins, as the data is the same as 72 hours before. The questions regarding quaritine are also ambiguous as there are no mandatory testing requirements at the moment and no one Plans separate quaritine accomodation in advance. All on All we waisted time over a period of three days, and ended up at the airport with a cancelled flight and problems with checking in for a much later flight, as it seems that the ivisa and eta online Services do not comunicate with each other and information was missing from our eTA forms. Not a pleasant experience.

Took way too long (approx 3 weeks) How am I supposed to book a flight not knowing if my visa gets approved. India turned theirs around within 24h.

I paid the 12.95 to "register" my trip and after multiple attempts I finally get to this page that states "Canadian citizens are not eligible for eVisa." However, they were happy to take my money and make it seem like I could get a visa. There is no answer as to why a Canadian citizen can not travel to India! This site is a scam!!! If the travel is not possible, why take people's money?

My photo was digitally enhanced by Ivisa according to the US department of State. It was rejected and now i have to pay for a new photo. I’m not happy.
I was very surprised to realized that a company like this sold me something that have nothing to do with a visa. Arrive Canada is a free application to file online for free. This is very unprofessional.
this is a scam, i ordered for canda passport photos and i got 4*6 photos that have no match with the canada passport specs,

Information on your website and the email you are sending do not match. In your email, you have not mentioned which country Canadian embassy you have registered for my travel. I had to contact you to confirm.
The store my order was supposed to be sent to was never able to find any such order and after contacting someone from customer services they said they would mail out my order instead and that never came either. I will also be looking into whether the company has a Better Business Bureau account and leaving a review there as well.
I have provided this information once already and this is why one star is appropriate.
The photo you generated is exactly the one I uploaded which didn't follow the guideline that Canada CIC required. If possible, I would like to have a refund.
Approval was only granted days after application and after multiple requests online. The site stipulate 24 hours turnaround time and looks like a fake site that cannot be trusted.

Search for Canadian eTA application lead me to this site and it's official looking form which then charged an extra $20 for nothing. Go to the official site at www,canada,ca and avoid these con artists

Service was very fast and easy to use. My problem is I am a dual citizen. Born and raised until 41 in Canada and now live in Sydney Aust. and I am also an Aust. passport holder. As I booked with an Aust passport, I was forced to buy a visa. I am a Canadian and should not have been charged but a flaw in the software did not allow me to claim an exception as a Canadian AND an Australia. This was all triggered by Air Canada web check-in, who would not accept my check-in as I did not have a visa I did not need - - - - Should be a way to claim exemption!!
My eta for Canada was approved on Monday as I found out via the Canadian website. I was told I had to wait 72hrs!!! Totally rubbish!!! I have now been back in the US for two days. I have asked for a full refund but was told that couldn’t happen!!! Again rubbish!!!

The questionnaire asked me how we how I was travelling to Canada- which was by land, which I stated. The document I received was authorised for air travel. This apparently been a waste of time and money
My wife and I required an ETA quickly therefore we chose the $50 option ($100 total) for the 30 minute timeframe. In fact we waited far beyond 30 minutes. It took 9 hours to finally get the email confirming the ETA approval. At no point were we informed of the reason behind the delay and in the meantime we had to make alternative travel plans. We paid extra for a rapid service and were incredibly let down as well as out if pocket. Disgraceful.
The Canadian Government Website froze up on two different computers. I had to use the UK website. Canada needs to fix this. Canada also needs to notify everyone purchasing a ticket to Canada that this visa maybe needed rather than letting a traveler get to the airport and the airline staff telling them. This is a disgrace to Canadian officials. You should loose your jobs over this feascal. Shame on you.

I accidentally requested an eTA through your Company rather than going with the Consulate directly. Big Mistake. What took my husband 24hrs to be approved took me 3 wks. Speaking to your staff, Jessa, Angela and 1 or 2 other with regards I received no reasonable answers as to WHY my approval took so long. Yesterday I took it into my own hands after paying you for YOUR SERVICE to contact the Consulate in Canberra and then Sydney myself. One simple email to them .... same as my discussions with your Staff .... my entry to Canada is APPROVED. Thanks but No Thanks, I won't be dealing with you again nor will I recommend you to any of my friends for the future. I paid you for a service which you didn't uphold. Appalling !!!
