Application could be easier, especially for people that do not travel a lot.
I thought the process easy enough but was surprised how expensive it has become.
dealing with iVisa was fine. We were surprised that the Visa to Canada was issued only 2 days before departure. Made us uncomfortable that we would not receive it in time.
Well the 3 days prior to travel email is a bit tight, if it could be 7 days in advance it will much better.
Iwas able to get my visa with in 3days without no stress , iwill definitely recommend people to use this service , their agents so helpful 24hrs/7days .
It was good once we realized that we had to register with the Canadian embassy that was a confusing step. Also, when we did not know how the "scanning process" works make the prompter say,"alternatively"rather than saying skip for now. More explanation of how the process works without your help might be useful. But it was helpful otherwise
You need to make more questions to be sure everything is correct before sending the thingt done

When a photo is not acceptable and returned, an explanation as to why it is being returned rather than trying to figure it out. Otherwise service was outstanding.
It was fairly simple to renew passport. The only thing we had trouble with is getting a good photo without shadows, glare, etc

I made an error and applied to register myself at my countries embassy instead of applying for a visa. Several team members reached out to tell me this is what I had done. I had also realised my mistake and applied for the visa directly through the country embassy. I would give ivisa 10/10 except that I didn’t apply for a visa through them so don’t know how long the process would have been.
You need to be more clear as to why a photo was rejected so it can be corrected the first time. Too general when returning the photo for a new summation

While completing the application for the iVisa, I noted that both Gayle and I have had our COVID vaccinations; so I answered in the positive YES. Later I found out that you were also looking for a copy of our COVID records from medical. This requirement was not as apparent as it should be. Our place of border crossing didn't appear in the pull down menu. I wanted to cross at the International Peace Gardens near Dunseith. Dunseith was NOT in the pull down menu as an item of choice. Hope this isn't cause for concern.
A little complicated to fill in all the data, it is suggested to put a previous checklist to make it easier to fill in the data.
The completion of the form was straightforward and the need for such tracking is clear, however it was and is unclear to me what I am required to present as a result. Kathleen MacEWen

sometimes difficult to understand info requested and if some things were necessary
I was thinking is not real but I now realize that is real and shocking very very fast.
Friendly service, but at the end of the process includes many options to pay additional costs that seems confusing .
I will definitely recommend ivisa service and when I applied I was not sure, if I will get ETA. But it came so fast with in 24 hours. Only I am waiting for my embassy approval, which is applied by ivisa as well. Thanks for your service.
It was easy to upload photos and place my order. My one frustration was the online form prefilled an apartment number and I was not able to delete it. I don't have an apartment number! I tried to exit and go back yet the problem persisted.
I couldn't give 5 stars because there was no way to use the same image and get the photos for two different country requirements in a single order. Literally needed to be two separate orders. Also, most of their helper links to their blog are broken at the time of this review. Overall positives: photo was in spec, could be printed locally through Printicular and Walgreens, and they back everything up with a guarantee.
The best of the websites offering a similar service. Still a bit linear, inflexible and disorienting for photos of multiple people. Needs to reassure you at every stage what photos, sizes and quantities you’re ordering.
great and fast service. I would recommend getting better on asking the questions to provide documentation during the forming process instead of later. In addition, it will be even better if we can upload the evidence rather than send it by email.
It is very friendly and easy but when the applicant is a student ii forces you put the name of the employer and since when he works there???? He is a student.... I placed the name of the school since I had no other choice in order to continue.

Simple to use and I received a Canadian ETA in an hour. You do pay a premium to use this over the government site, but it seems efficient. However, I was using Safari and had issues with the site. The online tech support was very slow and after 40 minutes I gave up and sorted it out myself and used Google Chrome which worked perfectly.
Great except they came back with a question that didn’t appear in the application

It appears this is an improved system for iVisa/ETA, which is great. I had experience of having attained an eTA 2 or 3 years back, indicating the eTA was associated with passport. Fine I travelled on a number of occasions back to Canada, no problem with associated eTA. However I came to check-in at Beirut AP today whom requested a copy of eTA, I did not have as it was not required or provided on initial application nor required previously. I missed my flight as I could not acquire online any reference or indication of having an eTA for Canada that I have which required eTA number reference..!! (Now I have two). What would have been good somewhere in the eTA application site a link to iVisa which would have facilitated the new application/approval for a eTA in my case in quick time. I discovered iVisa after my flight had departed. The approval of new eTA was very quick, within the hour, I think, to my surprise, was impressed. A costly oversight...!!!
This is generally simple to use except in the final stages when details of employment status are required. Having stated "retired" the form still asks for employer's name etc. It should surely either change to omit that information, or to say "most recent employer" or some such?
I was a little startled initially, as the visa was not processed within the 23 hours I'd been told it should've been due to high volumes of application traffic, but I needn't have worried as the application was dealt within a 48 hour time frame. The actual process of applying was simple and straightforward, and it didn't take too long to fill in the online form. After receiving an email about a delay I was a little alarmed and after checking my bank statement I saw I had paid a commercial organisation in Miami but my visa was for Canada, so rang my bank to see if it was a scam site, but the bank told me it was an outfit based in Florida that deals with visas worldwide and that it seemed legitimate enough. Have received my documents and all seems to be above board.

Great customer service, Ordered the 30 mins service , unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, the visa was not deliverable in that timeframe. The company provided a full explanation and good after care.
