Relatively easy to do but couldnt get anyone to answer my question on live chat. We are retired but still had to put in an employer so we put our last employer details in so we could complete the application.
The application process for the ETA was a smooth, seamless and time efficient one. It took less than 24 hours to have the ETA in my hand. I like having the option to check in with the Australian Embassy
Fast and efficient service. The only thing I personally think should be different is the online chat. Once connected, it takes a LONG time to get responses. In fact, I shut down chat 3 times as a result. Other than that, iVisa is a great service.
