I've just completed an ETA apply for myself and my wife, since 2019. It was a straightforward and clear process and the return of the visa extremely quick.
Hi, I was incorrectly advised that I needed an ETA. I mostly filled out the form, including providing my credit card details, before realizing that the information was incorrect and stopping. Regardless, I was charged not once but twice for the service. When I contacted Customer Services later they were incredibly helpful and cancelled both charges. I really appreciated the support!
So easy to use I have never had to apply for a visa for any where before. So glad that there was no time limit on filling in the information. Had been putting off doing this as I thought it would be so complicated so I am pleased it’s was so easy. Thank you.

I'm very surprised and happy to obtain my visa approved so efficient and quick as my case is so standard. Thank you so much for welcoming me to Canada.
The application process was easy - even for someone whose mother tongue is not English! It's indeed easier than 2 years ago...
Fast and Easy to install! No problem with the Border Control officer!
They got me a visa for Canada more easily and quicker than the conventional route directly with the government website (which of course you could try first if you have months to spare). Therefore I recommend this iVisa method when trying to apply for an ETA especially if you have left it late and are short of time eg only days/weeks before your trip. Thanks to the iVisa staff for their professionalism, patience and customer service.
Very good customer service , I did wrong application and they refund it quickly, than I applied for another visa I should get the answer within 24 hours the response was after 4 hours I’m glad choosing your service thank you very much I do recommend it
