They said it would take 24 hrs. and was completed in less time. The one thing I didn’t like was they charged me twice for reviewing the same form with 2 people on it. Why charge when you can do the form for free?

This was not needed at all. I was charged $47 for something that was free at the airport. They didn’t even use my pass because it had been 5 days and it had to be within 3 days of travel which I did not know and was not told!

this is a rip off! the e-ticket (NOT visa) is free and its processed immediately on the government site...there is not need to charge $50 for rush delivery!

Easy and quick to complete. Also quick 7 hr turnaround with taking the 24 hr choice.
I signed up for the 24hrs turnaround, and it came back in less than a half an hour. Only thing that needs improvement is anywhere you have to enter a date, you can’t free type it you have to scroll through every month in every year.

SCAM! Ivisa.com scammed me out of $116 for a FREE document. Their website will lead you to believe you must pay a fee to apply for travel documents when truthfully (this particular document) could be registered with no charge. I discovered (unfortunately after paying) three different links in the same article that were misleading and pricing their “service” at different rates. They will NOT offer a refund. Do your research before using this site and tread carefully.

I am Belgian citizen, but resident in Haiti. I wanted to cross the border and go to the Dominican Republic with my private car to take an airplane to Belgium. The form is not really adapted for that kind of situation. It is made for people arriving by airplane, where as I am arriving by private car. But my demand was accepted anyway, so the service is excellent and understands that the form is not covering every possibility. Many thanks to the Dominican authorities for their understanding.

I tried to do this days ago but there was a drop down menu for my city which is Flanders, NJ and there was no option for me to choose Flanders, NJ. I put in my zip code and it still did not bring up my city. I waited and went back to do it again when I had more time and still had the same issue. I finally went to the website and was able to bypass the drop down, only to find out that now I had to pay more because it was the day before we were leaving (still more than 24 hours from our flight time, but I wasn't allowed to choose that option, I had to choose 8 hours which cost more) You should make people aware that there is time constriction and the fee increases. I didn't even know that we had a fee at all!!! Other than that the form was easy.
should make sure all necessary info needed to get qr code is on yoUr website.FOR example under return date is says optional which is not true
The format of the visa is wrong, I cannot see it on the PDF file, I don't know what to do, I cannot travel with the document I recived

I tried many sites, always complicated to fill in. this site was a charm.
I would have given more stars but felt like a bit of bait and switch. Early on in the process there was a countdown graphic that says you have 5 minutes left, then 3 minutes etc... Then after I clicked through I essentially had to put 12 more minutes of info in. Also, there should be an option that says, use the same as above. All 4 of us live in the same house, but I had to type the address and flight info over 4x. Super frustrating and not the best use of time
