Our experience with iVisa exceeded my expectations! It was quick and straight forward. I had an issue where the picture of my son's passport was transmitting blurry and could not be used on their end. I worked with Genalyn Ngo, Customer Service Agent, through various attempts and she was very helpful providing recommendations on how to take the picture so that it didn't come out blurry. She was very patient and polite throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend their service. I received all six visas for my family in time for our trip!

Fast efficient service. Website was a bit of a hassle but only because i hadn't got all the documents at the same time, own fault. Would definitely recommend just make sure you have everyone's passport details at hand before you start the process.
