I think the visa procedures relating to Indian visa was quick. I might add that I have been an officer with Indian high commission in Colombo for 2 decades, and again under Mr Ajit Doval (now holding important position with PM of India) during 1994, serving as a Secretary. Now retired.

Even though I applied early, iVisa informed me that they'd send my application at the appropriate time and kept me informed. Sure enough, they emailed me the day they said they would and my visa went through!
Processed our application within the time frame stated. When things weren't submitted correctly, we were notified immediately and we were able to change what we had submitted incorrectly. With the app, we were able to watch the status updates whenever we wanted.
Excellent service. Highly recommended for UK to India visa. I was wary that it may be a scam site and had read good and bad reviews. The bad reviews seemed to be from people who had possibly mistyped their email address. You need to type it just once, unusually (no "confirm email address box), so be careful and check. This is my only criticism. It was so very easy compared to the official government website which wants a PDF of your Passport and a square jpeg photo of your face and then gives you absolutely no way to upload them. Well, with iVisa, you still need to scan your passport and take a selfie but oh what a breeze! So simple, and straightforward to upload. They adjust and make sure the photos are regulation before proceeding. This had previously worried me because rejection would mean trying, and paying, again. Just 24 hours later, one visa in an email attachment. Wonderful communication all the way through. Paying the fee was infinitely preferable to getting nowhere for two hours on the official government website.

The forms and website were easy to fill out and navigate. The instructions were clear and easy. And the speed of service was well documented and surpassed my expectations.
I tried to get my India evisa on the government site but spent hours trying and was unable to complete the process. I then looked for an alternative route and found iVisa, the process for completing the application was so simple, they came back to me very quickly to advise me of a couple of errors I had made and the following day I received my visa. Yes it cost a bit more to use them but in my opinion was well worth it after the frustration of trying the government site. Would 100% recommend iVisa!
I applied for a visa several years ago and it was painful, as it too nearly two weeks with the the rejections of photos and documents. The system is much improved and it took about 20 minutes to apply for two ivisits. The response was very quick and we were approved two days.
