I used iVisa as I found the Govt alternative to be a very difficult experience (and I am a very experienced user). Questions similar to asking for Indian referees caused me to ask for assistance but resultant email gave no assistance, nor did their link. iVisa easier and - no idea why - Govt site wanted $240 for the visa - iVisa actually cheaper. Govt site was worst experience in requesting online visa. Indonesia - 2 minutes !
