Yes you pay a bit more $ than if you go directly through the government website, but we found iVisa was easier to navigate, trouble shooting was easy with prompt answers (once we switched to email discussion), the email updates reminded us of the status of our visa applications, and the visas were emailed directly to us 2 days after being submitted by iVisa.
