I was very impressed with the professional, prompt,and efficient processing of my visa application. After I had attempted to upload my photo, the system froze so I had to re enter all my data. As a,result there was a duplicate payment charged. I emailed iVisa and the error was recognized with a resolution for a forthcoming refund. I was impressed by the prompt response. After 2 hrs of filling out information & trying to get the dimensions right for my photos, my application was rejected because of the passport photo, and my $100 wasnot refunded. I submitted my information to iVisa, which only took 5 min to fill out their form. I received my eVisa in 3 days and it was half the cost. This system was quick and efficient. I had found the official Indian Government registration system and spent hours filling in on line forms. I then discovered there was no way to lodge the forms other than snail mail. iVisa was all done on line in a logical way. It slowed for situations where one might need to go back and add information later that was not available at the time.

Process was easy, when I had questions, customer service was helpful and patient, and I received my evisa by email in a timely fashion. There was one short delay, but that was not caused by iVisa. The Indian gov't was backed up with visa requests, but iVisa stayed on top of it and I received my evisa 11 hours after being informed of the delay. Would definitely recommend.
WOW! Way Faster then promised! I paid for the 2 day rush. Submitted my docs at 8AM they had them sent to the government in a few hours. I had my visa in just over 24Hours! They called me when my photo was not good enough and followed up telling me it was good togo! Excellent communication. I had tried for 4 hours to submit my visa my self on the India gov website with failure every time. Also It would have been rejected I learned by working with them I was uploading the wrong pic.
