Even though I'm not very experienced with computers I found that this iVisa system / process was fairly simple and stress free. Just taking my time, step by step and being able to save things while I read the instructions for uploading etc made the whole process achievable for me.... I was extremely happy to have managed to do it by myself and feel confident that I will be able to complete things faster next time!
