Honestly highly impress with the service that they offer!!! I was able to chat online with them and have all my answers and issue resolved in a timely manner! I had read about lots of scams about getting an Indian e-visa, and Yes , I was concerned . I used their messenger service to ask questions, you have to bear in mind the time differences between USA, UK and India. The service was excellent and friendly kept a close tab on the process and most importantly I was update when ever had a chat with these guys.
It is user friendly. However I'm facing a problem which have yet to settle. Your charges is Visa Fee USD82. Service Fee is USD35. I applied for for clients and charge accordingly. And some of their friends apply with other agent which only Visa Fee USD82. Both of us are the same, apply online and its E-Visa. How am I going to explain?

Like the procrastinator that I am, I waited the day before my trip to India to apply for an eVisa (that requires 4 days advance application) through the Indian government site, which I learned the hard way is problematic for some. In a panic, i took a chance on these guys after reading the other reviews for myself. I got my visa in my email just as I checked in for my flight. The airline denied me, so I double checked my ivisa account and there it was, just in the nick of time!! I learned two big lessons in all of this: 1. Don't wait until the last minute again (the panic was horrible)!! 2. I would recommend these guys to anyone who may be perusing recommendations.

The process was very easy and your website works wonderfully well. The only thing is that you say that the Visa was emailed to me, but I did not receive any emailed visa. It was only when I received this request for review that I realised that the visa must have already been issued, so then I signed in and found that the Visa that I had requested, had indeed been issued. I got the 72 hour option for my visa and it was done within 24. I had not included my passport cover page and quickly received an email from them requesting it which I sent back and they responded to immediately.
