What should have taken 5 days to get, took 2 days. I do not remember the last time I got something back sooner than advertised. I'm not sure how they do what they do, but I'm glad they do it! Makes my life easier. Also their Customer Service is really good (when you email them and etc.) Great job
Wished I could have spoken to someone instead of just using messages. Found the process somewhat confusing. Everyone was helpful and friendly but not being very computer-literate made the process pretty hard. Thanks though for your patience.

I applied for Evisa as I was told all old visas were cancelled. After applying; I received a rejected email. I contact you and you mention you have no reasons and govt denied it. You sent me a copy and it says rejected due to multiple redundant application. I said does that mean it has been submitted multiple times and you said no. So I reapply feting again and same rejection. I called around and found out that previous visas were restored. I need a refund for both evisas I tried applying for.

I was hesitant to use this site. However, after many failed attempts with the government website, I had to find another option for applying for the visa. The process was seamless. The processing time was quick but very costly. What impressed me was the efficiency and constant update. This is how the official website for the government should work.

The date column is not well thought out. I'm 70yrs old it took 10 minutes to find my birthdate as I have to go month by month for 70 yrs. There are several date columns in the application. I had to do same thing for my wife. Second, I could not put my password, which is wrong. I should have an option to choose my password. Third, there should be a list of document up front prior to starting application so applicant is well prepared with all docs prior to starting application process. Fourth, at any give time, I should have an option to stop during application process and restart at a later time or next day.
Great service and communication will be using iVisa again and recommending to other travelers.

Fraud site . They gave visa for my friend ( Serbian national ) for Goa India and we were denied to travel at the airport mentioning that Goa is not allowing foreign tourists since last 8 weeks. On complaining, nothing no refund . We even lost our ticket money. Better go through government sites directly.
Not very helpful in this service but I email over 10 times to Ives or ivy and 2 other agents. i was asking for CSM victor because I can't process my discount code on my niece's visa and they were not helpful at all. so I had to pay full price on 2 visas because I can't find a discount code. Until today I didn't get a hold of Victor the CSM... Some agents don't care here and one was very rude to me. visa is issued before time. I am proud of using this company. They didn't give me a discount code on the chat at all.

I used the Photo app of iVisa and the output was exactly as required by the Indian embassy here in the US. This made it very easy so I didn't have to worry about resizing the photo to suit the exact pixel needs and file size needs.
I need to go to India urgently, but could not submit the e-visa application via official website. they have very poor quality website. The links in the email to fix the application are going ot bad gateway and this is urgent. There are no customer service or chat line numbers or links in the emails to help.
I couldn't figure out really what service I paid for. I uploaded my picture for passport photos but had to order a 4 by 6, and pay for that. The two photos were on that sheet and had to be cut out.
