I had ordered copies of my photograph for passport purposes. Pro: Received the digital copy in a few hours Con: Haven't received the photos even a week after placing my order. Cannot even track my order. Previous experience was ok since it took 4 days. However, the service is a little too costly when you factor in delivery time. Rely on the delivery as a last resort.
The process was great, the cost was reasonable, but the Indian Government reject the photo.
I expected hard copies, not digital copies I had selected 12 copies and i get a single jpg!!!

they gave me photo print which is 2 X 2 directly we can't go to Walgreens and cvs can't take 2 X2 print I paid 10 bucks for them to just edit the document but they gave me something which i can't use
Excellent Great service . Stuck because of Virus so had to change my direction to get home and even though i would be transit at airport needed a visa to get into the country ,if only the airport . The application and visa were completed and within 15 hrs i was able to obtain the entrance visa needed .

Horribly Expensive and Unethical !!! Please do not use this company. People are completely unethical. They are using the present Coronavirus pandemic to take advantage of customers !! It is a start-up company. They do not know what they are doing. Total rip-off. Just do yourself a favour and stay away from these people. You will be sorry. If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. Horrible !! Horrible !! Horrible !! Any of the good reviews that they show are written by their own people !!! Very Bad People !!! I was impressed by how easy it was to apply for the visa, compared with other websites. Your staff were helpful when I inadvertently provided a photo which was the same as that in my passport (it hadn't caused problems previously). You also let me know there would be some delay because I had applied for a 30 day Visa and there was more than 30 days before I returned to Australia. I had thought that previously the Visa started from the day I was to enter India, but obviously this isn't so, or maybe things have changed. I'll definitely use iVisa again.
