I was very skeptical when I got to 24hrs without my visa so I contacted customer service and was assured it would be ready and within 3 hours it was ready. So I got it after a total of about 27 hrs. At times there could be little delays but they got me my visa before departure day.

The texting system for getting information was excellent, as was the user interface for filling out the forms and uploading or emailing the documents. I was flying into Ivory Coast, but departing by land, in the process of visiting 6 West African countries, but it was easy to figure out what to do, that is, email multiple attachments with flight schedules when requested a return ticket. I didn't need your backup system to help me correct mistakes or missing items, but I knew it was there. This was my first time to use iVisa, but not my last. Great job!
