I was just informed that the C5 from is free what was the reason for paying
Its a scam no need to pay the money they charge got fooled this time. Never again. The Countries have their own free sites. I should have known better. Now out 100 bucks
Deceptive “service”. I was charged £83 for completing the exact application form that is free on the Jamaica government site. Didn't realise this was not the only site for the C5 form and got duped. This should not be allowed. Very disappointing and reflects badly on our country. Will be reporting for sure.

I was literally laughed at when i handed this to them in Jamaica. i was then told to complete the FREE paper version which had different information than your site provided. A huge waste of money!!!

Don’t waste your money. The C5 form is free The airline provides the C5 from when u board. Complete and Submit the form to Customs when u arrive in Jamaica !!! Keep Ur Money….
Extremely FRAUDULENT. BEWARE, what they charge for is FREE through official gov websites. Nonetheless they aren't actually doing any real work with the information you provide. If you can fill out information on their website you can do it yourself on the appropriate gov website. They auto-populate the real government forms with exactly the information you provide. This company essentially manipulates vulnerable travelers who may not know where to look for what they need. If you can find it on their site, it's a free google search away for you to complete with the official gov agencies. It is a glorified SCAM.

your outfit is not pro active minor mistakes which you could handle you allow to fester then panic . why so long after the initial request would later find a minor mistake

I'm being manipulated to buy add-ons I don't want or lose the initial payment of £15.+ I have already paid. As I don't want the add-ons, which are not really optional I cannot proceed even though I've paid for one extra and now lose all the money I've paid. Feels like a scam?

The Travel Authorization can be obtain "FREE and Immediate" the travel to Jamaica website. I emailed ivista with a urgent client issue who needed the authorization immediately to travel. I was told it takes a minimum of Two Days, instead of being provided the information and website to expediate. Your objective is to make money and not to assist where needed.
You are charging for something that is free. Too bad I found out after I have paid.
My travel authorization isn't recognized by Jamaica. When I tried to cancel my authorization form they refused to do so and told me to contact the Jamaican government to cancel my form.
