In the past, I don’t remember needing a visa to go to Jamaica, but evidently now you do. The application process is very simple and fast and turnaround time on receiving your visa is exceptionally quick.

One issue. Why does the arriving airport only show Norman Manley international instead of providing alternatives such as Sangster International in Montego Bay which is the one I needed?

I made a mistake filling out my birth year. Filling out a few forms I inadvertently wrote my husband’s birth year. Noticed it when my forms were accepted and returned. Feeling stressed and anxious not being to correct it myself and no indication on your website how to correct mistakes, I used you on line chat for help. In 5 min Laura had 1) reassured me 2) corrected and re-sent the forms and 3 15 min latter got my 2e and final visas !! Thank you Laura for your professionalism!!

Deceptive “service”. I was charged £83 for completing the exact application form that is free on the Jamaica government site. Didn't realise this was not the only site for the C5 form and got duped. This should not be allowed. Very disappointing and reflects badly on our country. Will be reporting for sure.

We were told at the ticket counter that we had to have the C 5 for Jamaica completed in order to leave. In less than half an hour we had documents and by expediting everything was all approved by the time we landed in Jamaica. We breezed through immigration.
Your response took a while but was on time for me to take to the airport. Just one thing, I did not know you could complete the form days before travelling

Very fast service, but I’m giving it a 4 because I think if the country you’re from doesn’t require visa, then there should be automatic information to inform you that you do not need to apply. As an Irish citizen I did not need a visa if I’m visiting for less than 30 days, but I paid the £19.99 before I found out. Money not refunded unless I had paid £11 for refund service. Otherwise it would be a 5star.
We were given information on forms to be filled out before leaving the country but, on the wrong site and paid for information we still had to fill out for free at the airport. Haste makes waste and we should have asked more questions.
