It took a few hours to receive the first response which was expected due to the number of emails they probably receive at the same time. Once that was done, communication back and forth was very effective. I was given necessary information and instructions and everything went smoothly. Excellent! I can wait to get there in just under 48 hours.
The process was not complicated, however, upon arrival in Jamaica there did not appear to be any time saved. Time spent to complete the information online compared to time spent at the kiosk in Jamaica. The line to see the immigration agent was still long. It may have been that the system was slow. As a result, there should be no cost for this.

Don’t waste your money. The C5 form is free The airline provides the C5 from when u board. Complete and Submit the form to Customs when u arrive in Jamaica !!! Keep Ur Money….

This process was relatively easy to complete but I got conflicting emails one saying my application was incomplete and one saying it was approved.
Under occupation there needs to be an option for “retired” when someone is retired. None of the options would be correct for someone who doesn’t work, perhaps due to disability or being retired. This of course makes you pick something that isn’t correct just to answer a required question. I spent a lot of time on this issue and it was very annoying.
This was super easy and convenient doing it online I did it for my husband and myself and I helped my wedding party fill out the questions the only thing is the question about the pharmaceuticals it’s a little confusing if you’re taking prescription medication with you to Jamaica that you have to take every day other than that easy Peezy

Extremely FRAUDULENT. BEWARE, what they charge for is FREE through official gov websites. Nonetheless they aren't actually doing any real work with the information you provide. If you can fill out information on their website you can do it yourself on the appropriate gov website. They auto-populate the real government forms with exactly the information you provide. This company essentially manipulates vulnerable travelers who may not know where to look for what they need. If you can find it on their site, it's a free google search away for you to complete with the official gov agencies. It is a glorified SCAM.

It took forever to enter the date of birth ! I am 64. I had to tap the tab12x64= 768 times You should either let user enter the date or at least choose the year Same for the passport issue and expiration date. Not as time consuming but still tedious

Applied for a Jamaica Travel Authorization and the form input was easy and submission was easy and fast. Mind you I paid for the 4 hour return of hopeful authorization. I was struggling with doing the submission myself or engage and pay Ivisa. I chose the latter because they know the submission system and perhaps persons to contact in the event of any problems. I felt satisfied that any problems would be easily resolved with their help.

I felt I was “ripped off” in the end. After completing the form you don’t get an acknowledgment only a pop up that encourages you to purchase what turns out to be “add ons” which reads as though you must purchase before your original order is completed. I spent an additional $30 which I did not need. Will not use again.
