The form needs to indicate medical in Reason for Travel box. Also a list of all medical facilities should be added. I say this because quite a number of patients are referred to Jamaica for treatment that is unavailable here in the Cayman Islands. Also when I completed the form on behalf of my brother, I had to indicate Business/meeting and state hotel for accommodation even though he will be going to the hospital.
I give them a five star when I had problems with my application they responded back fast and they sent my authorization back fast love that keep up the good work

The Travel Authorization can be obtain "FREE and Immediate" the travel to Jamaica website. I emailed ivista with a urgent client issue who needed the authorization immediately to travel. I was told it takes a minimum of Two Days, instead of being provided the information and website to expediate. Your objective is to make money and not to assist where needed.
This was so easy I actually thought I had done something wrong. Great piece of mind knowing everything I needed was done in just a few minutes.

prior to using iVisa we checked their reviews. All reviews were favorable. Our experience was similar EXCEPT that I learned that my middle name was mis-spelled and couldn't change my middle name to the correct spelling. I sent an email to iVisa asking for them to correct the spelling of my middle name. THEY did just prior to our application (now with the correct spelling) submitted to the government of Jamaica. My travel authorization isn't recognized by Jamaica. When I tried to cancel my authorization form they refused to do so and told me to contact the Jamaican government to cancel my form.
The visa seems to have been processed very early on the promised date. I gave four stars however, as the response time from the chat box was worrisome. The chat says response will take just a few minutes. The response time to my first question was half an hour; the response time to my second question was two hours; the response time to my third question was the next day. I understand possibly due to volume the response times are greater. In this case the notification on the beginning of a checkbox needs to reflect more reflective response times.
Quick to respond but they didn't tell me that I was applying early so I lost my money and had to do over. Not happy.
I I started on Friday, November 28. I had a difficult time registering mainly because I am on familiar with my new cell phone. However I did get a lot of support from iVisa. Itβs now December 1 and iVisa is still working with me thank you very much
