Feeling stressed and anxious not being to correct it myself and no indication on your website how to correct mistakes, I used you on line chat for help. We were told at the ticket counter that we had to have the C 5 for Jamaica completed in order to leave. In less than half an hour we had documents and by expediting everything was all approved by the time we landed in Jamaica. We breezed through immigration.
