One issue. Why does the arriving airport only show Norman Manley international instead of providing alternatives such as Sangster International in Montego Bay which is the one I needed?
I was able to communicate with customer services quite easily and my issue was resolved quickly.
Would like to gotten a message or reminder this needed to be done
It was fast and easy filling things out but unexpected to pay for this $180 dollars. A passport should verify you.
Not aware of this until I got to the airport. Had to pay rush fee but didn’t need it. Processed pretty fast.
Your response took a while but was on time for me to take to the airport. Just one thing, I did not know you could complete the form days before travelling
Very fast service, but I’m giving it a 4 because I think if the country you’re from doesn’t require visa, then there should be automatic information to inform you that you do not need to apply. As an Irish citizen I did not need a visa if I’m visiting for less than 30 days, but I paid the £19.99 before I found out. Money not refunded unless I had paid £11 for refund service. Otherwise it would be a 5star.
Application was intuitive and straight forward. The approval should stand out more.
I thought I was finished but was redirected to more questions. I'd rather do everything at once 🤭
The process was not complicated, however, upon arrival in Jamaica there did not appear to be any time saved. Time spent to complete the information online compared to time spent at the kiosk in Jamaica. The line to see the immigration agent was still long. It may have been that the system was slow. As a result, there should be no cost for this.
This process was relatively easy to complete but I got conflicting emails one saying my application was incomplete and one saying it was approved.
Under occupation there needs to be an option for “retired” when someone is retired. None of the options would be correct for someone who doesn’t work, perhaps due to disability or being retired. This of course makes you pick something that isn’t correct just to answer a required question. I spent a lot of time on this issue and it was very annoying.
What is the importance of the yc5? Why they charge 20us for something you have to complete and print?
It took forever to enter the date of birth ! I am 64. I had to tap the tab12x64= 768 times You should either let user enter the date or at least choose the year Same for the passport issue and expiration date. Not as time consuming but still tedious
Very easy to use, but could use more explanation about how you receive your final form upon completion.
The villa where I'll be staying in Jamaica was not listed on your pull-down list and I was not able to enter the correct villa. I had to approximate the location!
I would give a 5, but it took me longer than the time each part indicated it would take, and that was because inputting the required answers were a bit too pale to see what was written, so I kept rewriting, but then again, I think it's because I'm not really computer savvy. Thank you.
Waiting to hear about your application is stressful. I think more communication from Ivisa team would be helpful. Not knowing is not fun. But...they came through for me. Thanks y'all.
The form was easy to fill out, its a good idea to have all information before you start (passport, tickets, vaccination information address of where you are going etc. )so you dont make a mistake. If information is not accurate you get kick out for 5 days. There are 2 parts to the form, once part one is done you will get an email to finish the form. Stay put and check your email and junk mail.
Quite easy but some parts were a little confusing as to whether completed or not but I think I have what I need for my trip.
My visit is from 8/27/2021 through 9/9/2021, but my evisa states 9/3/2021. I will have to take time again to correct. I still do not understand if I still need one PCR test on arrival or 3 days later, Ana one Prior to leaving Jamaica. Also, can I take two home kits for those two kits from America. Please clarify. But I truly appreciate your efforts
Very reliable and efficient company . I recommend ivisa to anyone who just wants safety security and prompt service.
I was a little worried about the length of time it was taking to approve the authorization but I messaged with Camilla yesterday and she helped to ease my concerns. Great customer service!
It was a great service thanks for your help. I will use this service again and recommend it
The visa seems to have been processed very early on the promised date. I gave four stars however, as the response time from the chat box was worrisome. The chat says response will take just a few minutes. The response time to my first question was half an hour; the response time to my second question was two hours; the response time to my third question was the next day. I understand possibly due to volume the response times are greater. In this case the notification on the beginning of a checkbox needs to reflect more reflective response times.
