The form needs to indicate medical in Reason for Travel box. Also a list of all medical facilities should be added. I say this because quite a number of patients are referred to Jamaica for treatment that is unavailable here in the Cayman Islands. Also when I completed the form on behalf of my brother, I had to indicate Business/meeting and state hotel for accommodation even though he will be going to the hospital.
I give them a five star when I had problems with my application they responded back fast and they sent my authorization back fast love that keep up the good work

prior to using iVisa we checked their reviews. All reviews were favorable. Our experience was similar EXCEPT that I learned that my middle name was mis-spelled and couldn't change my middle name to the correct spelling. I sent an email to iVisa asking for them to correct the spelling of my middle name. THEY did just prior to our application (now with the correct spelling) submitted to the government of Jamaica.
