iVisa played a crucial role in helping me secure visas for my two daughters' trip to Japan. The circumstances surrounding their travel were quite challenging: they would be part of a travel group without parental supervision, we are US residents, and the girls are Ukrainian citizens. Despite facing delays from the travel agency in sharing the complete itinerary, I submitted all the required documents 23 days prior to their departure. Additional documents were requested by iVisa, which I promptly submitted within an additional 2-day timeframe. Fortunately, I received the visas yesterday, just in the nick of time, merely 2 business days before their journey commences. The process had made me slightly anxious, as no one wants to risk losing the substantial investment of $8k in travel expenses, uncertain if the trip could proceed. Nonetheless, I am delighted to say that everything is now in order, allowing us to bid farewell to our daughters with peace of mind. While I commend the iVisa team for their exceptional work, I would like to offer a suggestion: as travel dates draw near, maintaining constant communication with clients and ensuring prompt updates from the government would greatly alleviate any concerns. U should not have provide Japan visa service for china tourist in Malaysia since they required permanent visa to do application or at least u state this requirement before we buy for the service!! I have paid 170USD for nothing!!!
Misleading website, they claim to "Get your e-visa online", but instead charge you $160+ and only send you a 'completed' 2-page (!!) application form, which is based on information you had typed and sent them anyway! No value add, they just take your money!
My experience was horrible. I had flight to Japan. They didn’t approved your visa and they send me back to Italy. In total I had 30 hours of flight. I want to receive my money back!

Customer service does not exist. They promote 24/7 help. This certainly is not the case in my experience. I am still waiting for a response to my emails. Also could not open the file sent to me due to errors ? All in all quite shabby

I thought I was getting a visa to be able to visit Japan. It turns out they are not accepting tourists and now they wont refund.
Thought I was getting an entry Visa for Japan. Instead I got a health declaration that is not good for my dates of travel (which I had to enter to proceed.)
This is a scam! I thought it was an expedited visa for Japan, but it only provides a health declaration, and charges $60/person. Deceptive!
