U should not have provide Japan visa service for china tourist in Malaysia since they required permanent visa to do application or at least u state this requirement before we buy for the service!! I have paid 170USD for nothing!!!
Customer service does not exist. They promote 24/7 help. This certainly is not the case in my experience. I am still waiting for a response to my emails. Also could not open the file sent to me due to errors ? All in all quite shabby
