Additional documents were requested by iVisa, which I promptly submitted within an additional 2-day timeframe. Fortunately, I received the visas yesterday, just in the nick of time, merely 2 business days before their journey commences. The process had made me slightly anxious, as no one wants to risk losing the substantial investment of $8k in travel expenses, uncertain if the trip could proceed. Nonetheless, I am delighted to say that everything is now in order, allowing us to bid farewell to our daughters with peace of mind. While I commend the iVisa team for their exceptional work, I would like to offer a suggestion: as travel dates draw near, maintaining constant communication with clients and ensuring prompt updates from the government would greatly alleviate any concerns.
