Misleading website, they claim to "Get your e-visa online", but instead charge you $160+ and only send you a 'completed' 2-page (!!) application form, which is based on information you had typed and sent them anyway! No value add, they just take your money!
My experience was horrible. I had flight to Japan. They didn’t approved your visa and they send me back to Italy. In total I had 30 hours of flight. I want to receive my money back!
I did not have the visas I paid in full until today,which your emails are telling you already sent. I don't have them in the spam nor in my husbands mails since i ordered and paid for him too,I f you please look into this as you promised I appreciate. Thank you
You promised an e-visa. You delivered a regular visa application (not even a visa). You charged me over $100 for this. And now, you won't refund my money. I have had to change all my travel plans because of you. You have not simplified my life, you've complicated it. You have caused problems for me. I will now cause problems for you.
I applied for a visa and got a health QR code, which I don't even need. I need an EFRS and Japan visa. What a waste of money and time!
Does not help you get a Visa. Website should be called Health Declaration
The processing fee is high to process by iVisa team where it was a free health declaration of a government.

I thought I was getting a visa to be able to visit Japan. It turns out they are not accepting tourists and now they wont refund.
Thought I was getting an entry Visa for Japan. Instead I got a health declaration that is not good for my dates of travel (which I had to enter to proceed.)
This is a scam! I thought it was an expedited visa for Japan, but it only provides a health declaration, and charges $60/person. Deceptive!
Didn't arrive after 7 days so when and if it arrives it will too late for my visa appointment.
I couldn't print it out at the pharmacy. I was told the picture was too small. I have no idea what’s going on.
Need a 4.5 mm by 3.5mm and was sent a standard us 2x2 size
I asked for a visa photo 3cm x 4cm and got 4cm x 4cm so can't use it. Website promised 4 hours max. It took 6 hours.
