I left application for visa a bit late so chose to use this service to be sure. I was a bit horrified at cost but felt I had no option. Being elderly I had to ask for help from my daughter but she completed the application easily and I was impressed by speed that the visa arrived
Good and reliable service. It makes you feel like you are in good hands. Too expensive though, cost should be more reasonable.
The process does require a significant amount of information including uploading a portrate photograph of yourself and a photograph of your main passport page. You should have these to hand before you start the process.
Many online applicatiom forms have issues when filling in data especially from images so I was pleasantly surprised when photos of myself and my passport worked perfectly.

It was a straightforward process that required the traveller to have all travel documents on hand to answer questions, including passport, travel arrangements, names and addresses of where you are going.
The only part which made it a herculean task was the part of getting the doctor in Kenya when you don't live there. The doctor's appointment letter should never be a part of this process. It is such unnecessary headache, waste of so much time and nobody should be subjected to that kind hollowing experience esp.when they're in rush to go save life. I hope you can get a way to exclude this part in future. Kenya will loose alot of visitors if this continues. Thanks.

Website is clear and easy to follow, but asks several times the same information. Bit weird that the payment is done in the middle of the process and not at the end. The fact that you have to upload certain photographs should be annonced at the start, now it's a surprise and some panic to produce the wanted photo's.
