It took me three days to upload the pictures and complete the application. The user interface is so bad and poor customer care:
Incorrect dates on the approved Visa. Still waiting for updated Visa. Departure date drawing near! Been over 2 weeks now that they have known of the issue. This is now my third attempt to resolve this issue
Add more options for the reson of visit Kenya, for example to make an interview, medical visit like these
I started the iVisa process on Nov 7th and didn’t get the visas until Dec 10th. As far as I can tell, iVisa did nothing but review my application and send it. More than a month and an endless stream of anguished emails later, no visa was issued. iVisa just waited and sent me canned emails. I wasted hours calling around to see if anyone I knew could help. Yesterday we wrote at least 10 emails to the staff, but I think it was the outraged email we sent to the heads of the company that finally got the staff to find the delay and resolve it. Much easier, quicker, and safer to apply directly through the Kenya government system. Everyone on our trip who applied that way got their visas in three days. Stay away from iVisa.
I applied for visa and you send me a qr code ???
Very upset with this I double checked through email chat that I was applying for a single visit tourism visa but have only received a covid medical certificate which I do not need travelling from the UK to Kenya. I felt I was mislead. Waste of time and money I can ill afford.
I did an east africa visa for Uganda and Kenya, but when I arrived in Uganda they made me another visa and paid again, and the same happened when I arrived in Kenya, I paid a visa 3 times and I still have to arrive
opened the page to extend my visa, selected the apply button and it took me to an application. As i finish the application, I realized it was for a surveillance QR code rather than a visa. They charged me $60 USD for something that is provided for free. This is a prime example of “legal scamming”. Shameful.
Regarding case number 524565. I don’t appreciate cookie-cutter explanations when you request clarification on an answer I have given. Be specific and to the point so that we can all get to the correct facts right away. I get the feeling that you aren’t even reading all the materials I am sending. If you were then you could easily have deduced the answer and worked it out for yourselves and not wasted my time. DO THE JOB YOU ARE BEING PAID TO DO and stop making me do it for you.
I missed my holiday and lost at least 1000,- $. I applied for the Super Rush eVisa for Kenia (2 days) and a normal eVisa for Tanzania (10 days) using the same data (photograph, scans of passport and accomodation documents). While I received the Tanzanian visa within 24 hrs, you iVisa guys rejected 3 times 3 different photos, 2 times the accomodation scans. Finally the eVisa got stucked at the Kenyan immigration office and I missed my flight. Very disappointed and sad and angry. Never again if it was possible.
Bad customer services they ask for unnecessary info and don’t check yeh application and will wast your time don’t do no more visa with them disgusting company
Very bad website with very bad customer service Unprofessional I regret dealing with such people They typed my name with mistakes and they want me to wait for days just to correct it
I requested for east africa visa & you send me only for kenya . I tried to contact with you but wasn’t easy.
The process is presented as if it is a simple process and the unsuspected person does not know all the documentation required is overwhelming. In addition you have to pay in advance, so you now must complete or forfeit your money. Furthermore, when you conduct an inquiry takes up to (3) three hours to respond this is written on their Inter-communication system. So who has time to wait for a quick respond 3 hours "Poor" respond system. I will not used or recommend this I-Visa process to anyone, avoid and obtain visa upon arrival cheaper and less paperwork. Firstly I found the website very difficult to use. I needed to save and return to the application on site several times to gather info required and each time I attempted to save the portion of the website I had completed, it would erase the info requiring me to fill in the information from the start each time. We paid well over the base price for the VISA's and now have received an email instructing us to print the paid invoice and that we may not receive the VISA's and to use the invoice instead. This is unacceptable and NOT what we thought we were paying for..
We paid for the quick service due to time limitations and paid extra, but we still did not get it in the time promised
The visa wasn’t issued after paying so much money again was told to get visa on arrival. and handling fees was charged 35 usd but on invoice it’s written only 1usd... cheaters
Online visa should supply electronic visa to the applicant otherwise refused for a reason. In my case nothing of the above received.. sure the system has an issue and not working probably. Which you do improve the getting result to reflect on user satisfactory level T
We paid for 2 hour service and received 1 week service. We were told the 2 hour service was only to receive an invoice. That information should have been relayed from the beginning. Our trip departed yesterday, we received the visa one day after departure.
For some reason, you have my first name as Louis when my application and passport all state it is James. I hope this will not be a problem when I get to Nairobi.
The iVisa team is theives. They have colledced USD 150 from me two weeks ago with promise that my visa will be delivered in 2 hours. Inspite of complaints no resolution has been given. Its pathetic. Not reliable at all. They are cheaters and fraud. Dont use theier service for visa. Pathetic.
I have applied for a 5 day visa more than 7 days ago and I have not received anything yet. Awful service! I will have to request my visa when i arrive in Nairobi because you are unable to deliver. I will never use your services again and I have asked my all companies to not go through you anymore for none of our future trip!
The rush 2hrs option didn’t work. Visa arrived when I was already in the country.
Terrible service. I had to go in person to the Kenya Consulate to get my Visa. Not sure why in the first place after going to the Kenya web site for Visas we were connected to iVisa.com web site. This service iVisa- costs more than Kenya Consulate and did not deliver my Visa until after I had already received my Visa directly from the Kenya Consulate.
I found this process immensely frustrating. I uploaded all the documents and photos when I applied for visas to Kenya for both my husband and myself. I received an email stating that the documents and photos were needed. When I inquired what was still needed, I received a response merely repeating what was on the application. When I asked what specific information was still needed, I received no response So, I couldn't figure out what was deficient. I guessed as best I could and attached new photos and more documents. Then, I called and spoke to a rep who said the only problem was one of the photos was blurry. I took a new one and sent it. Then I received an email saying NO documents or photos had been received, after having sent things on three separate occasions. I went on the website and started a chat with someone who was helpful (finally) and reattached the documents and photos. We received our visas today but there are no photos attached. I went back to the chat feature on the website and asked about that. I was told to bring the photos with me. But I don't know which photos of the many I sent (trying to meet your standards) so, I don't know which ones to print out and bring. When I asked this on the chat, the rep never replied. Still don't have that answer. One person out of about 5 knew what to do and was helpful. Everyone else made the process much more complicated than it needed to be.
I needed visa urgently and so paid $100 extra, still I’ve received visa today i.e. 3 days after travelling is complete.
We didn’t get our visa in 2 hours or even 3 days They told us the government site was down but it wasn’t as I was able to enter my information and get a visa application in. Hopefully the fee that the charged us will be refunded.
This is a fraud website! You deceive people by charging USD 88 for the visa application and then you want to the customer to pay again USD 129. The Kenyan visa upon arrival costs USD 50. I paid the USD 88 but have not received the visa but instead more than 10 emails asking for more money!
Opted for the "Rush" visa program for Kenya. They advertise you will have the visa in 2 hours . . . I spent $153.00 (US) for nothing. Not only did the electronic visa not appear in my mailbox in 2 hours, it didn't appear in two days! I arrived in Kenya two days later and had to walk through the visa process at customs. I also had to pay the $50.00 (US) entry fee for a temporary visa. I got up on day after I arrived in Kenya and guess what??? My electronic visa was approved. So, I'm out $150 BUT I've gained valuable experience. Forget ivisa . . . it was not only ineffective, but costly. I should have known better. My bad. It won't happen again.
