Everything was great except only 3 of my 4 passports were included in my documents. I don't know what happened to my passport, but it limits how I can use the app for organization of travel documents. Why would one of the passport documents be missing, yet I have an approved Visa?
So many many unneccesary questions, this is really discouraging tourists. You could try to make it simple . Then too expensive around 102 euros per head this is a big joke. We are bringing money to your country and you ask too many questions.
It was such a long and ridiculous process - I had to send my passport three times, my accomodation three times, then I was asked to have my friend send an invitation with his ID, and then I was asked to resend his ID twice….and on top of it the processing fee is more than the visa. won’t be using this service again.

you ask for a lot of documents for a simple visa I advise you to review that. thank you for the service
Never got my printable visa!!! Just a receipt that said I had paid. They said it would not be a problem, turned out they were wrong!!
Took over a month to receive Visa, when you actually used the main site as a third party to obtain my Visa. My other group used the main site and it took them less than two weeks to get the Visa’s. It probably required over 5-7 phone calls to get this visa issued. Very poor service!
The service was inordinately delayed and I finally only got the visa after several email followups. Will not use this e-visa provider any more.
My order was placed on 4/30 paying the rush price and the visa was not received approved until 5/6! I arrvied in Kenya on 5/3 with the stress of not knowing if I would enter.
I woul like a FULL refund. The service was delayed and I did not receive my visa in time. Please advise. Thank you
I sent in the required photos and information - have record that the emails went. Never received confirmation, nor follow up inquiry as to why they weren't in. I just happen to check why I didn't receive my visa and found out they were never received. I was given a different email address and re-sent them and kept person on live chat to verify that they were in fact received.
The website said a e-visa would be issued within 3 days, and mine took over a month! Apparently the staff did not bother to check to see that somehow my request had been deleted, even though I sent them quite a few e-mails asking them why my visa had not been issued. Finally, someone on the staff checked to find out the problem, fixed it, and then the visa was issued. To be fair, the company refunded their service fee of $35, which was really the proper thing for them to do considering the time and anxiety it caused me in trying to receive my e-visa from this company.
A 72 hour process took more than a week. It got me really stressed out and I got my Visa way too close to my arrival date.
The visa took a long time and was messed up from the beginning. Very efficient last time, but not this time.
Paid £123 for a speedy 2hr service however after 48hrs this had still not been progressed with very little information coming from the company. Luckily I arrived and was allowed into the country after them initially saying I would have to purchase the visa again. Suffice to say I won't use your service again
Getting the visa took many weeks & several prompts from us to you. I had been charged for it & paid for it before I got it. It finally came one week before my departure. Not a pleasant experience.
