The process was easy to navigate, however the photo process was onerous. I did everything according to the tutorial, removed eyeware, stood against a white background yet repeatedly the scanned photo said it didn't comply with government requrements. What more can I do?

It was an efficient way to get ETA. However, I struggled with picture/PDF attachments for pictures and copies of passport. System rejected a lot of my good quality documents and delayed submission as I had to do ablot of retakes. Another challenge was the amount associated with the application, whichcaus3d me well above USD270. Considering that a South African doesnt require VISA to anter Kenya, this feels like a VISA regime, abd its really unfortunate.
The process is relatively straight forward and simple to complete. However, the image processing is terrible. I uploaded many photos that met the criteria exactly, but got denied many times with feedback like "no face detected". I had this exact same problem the last time I applied through you as well.

Was not easy to film all the part of visa... foto and passaporto was not easy to do it . i found also expensive if you need a visa 7 days bifore the departure

An easy to follow and use system. I had a problem with the photograph acceptance even after watching and reading the instructions. This was the only issue.
Form very easy to fill in. Only problem: the email telling me my Visa (ETA) was approved told me I must download it, and gave detailed instructions how to do that. But the ETA was attached as a pdf. There was no need to download anything at all. that was confusing.

I am not very experienced with online applications. But I gave it a go. All was straight forward until when it came to taking the images. I had to ask for help. All went well and I was happy in the end.
Very simple to use, however some information ( hotel address) was typed in correctly in principle , but not exactly as provided later on in your masque.
My experience was ok. I had several questions when starting the visa but very hard to talk to customer service not a rob. I was very impressed how fast my visa took. It was done in 24hrs Thankyou
Sometimes it's difficult to understand everything, because english is Not my favourite language. But I think I found a way to answer all Questions and get the Visa. I think I will have a wonderful travel to Kenia.

Visa processing is done without the need for a face-to-face interview at the country's consulate. Forms are easy to fill out.
It was most of the time easy to fill the information, only a few times with some photos (i.e passport) took some more effort to do it. In general everything was fine.
Instructions are easy to follow. Clear on all requirements. Easy to make inquiries. Short turn-around-time.
