Three reasons why I found this company satisfactory. 1. The advice to send attachments singly by email rather than uploading them all onto the online application form was most helpful. 2. Queries were answered speedily and in a very friendly and reassuring manner. The tone of the replies was very supportive and encouraging. 3. The visa was delivered on time as promised.
It was very quick and I received emails with reminders and explanations on how to complete my application also how to contact details for further assistance
Instructions could be clearer, but otherwise good. Your WhatsApp support is great, but it takes long to connect with a real person.
I liked being able to get my VISA. Didn't like automatic sign up for membership for which I did not agree to sign up. Was not sure about security specifics either.
I did not know about the requirement up to the point of checking in at the airport. I was able to access the site on my phone. I chose to go for a rash option which was more expensive than the normal option. Though I missed the flight the processes was quick when you have all the required documents.
I had a great experience using this platform. However, I would have preferred to get a list of required attachments before I started the application, and jot after I had first made the payment. This unnecessarily delays the entire process.
Easy and quick. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because they kept insisting on a ‘national ID’ and being American there is no such thing. They should be familiar with that fact.

Ximena was fantastic when I needed help. I did find some of the questions confusing to answer in the application. Like when I listed that my father in law was deceased, but the application still wanted his phone number! Or when I was asked to provide information on my flight into Malaysia (I was flying into Nairobi, Kenya!). But we got it all worked out.

the live chat was quick and responsive always available. How ever my application was resent for furthur information that was already sumbimtted or asking for more details for a destination other then the country applied for (ex going to tanzanie and being asked for my reasons visiting Autrialia)
Communication was not easy as one phone call would have easily been able to take care of what 6 emails could not. There is still a segment of the population that is better with personal contact as opposed to emails. But I have the visa and I appreciate all the help!!

It a little bit hard getting the documents through, very hard scanning photos of the ID of the Host in Kenya
Last minute is expensive, but they helped me with all the formalities and so i got my visa in time.

Pretty simple process, really. Wish the "optional" add-ins were better explained. For example, I opted for the $6.95 shipping/ handling of materials, not knowing they were going to be e-mailed. Otherwise, it went well.

Good morning What i find good is d quick feedback, friendly contact persons and support in time. What is not ok is d additional price for d processing fees cos for my past application i just paid 51€ including processing and visa in one. All in all the service provided helped a lot to simplify the visa request for Kenya. In the first place some questions remained unanswered. However a little later doubts could be cleared and I am now happy to having received the documents in due time. Thank you and I will certainly use the service again during the upcoming year of travelling the world :)

Website easy to navigate, easy to upload documents good help when things don't go right. Great not to have to send my passport away when applying for multiple visas.
Chats at times were slow to respond. Some required information was not clear especially related to accommodations. Getting an eVisa for Kenya is difficult.
I would of said fantastic and given 5 stars, but had a problem with their website, it wouldn't do the simplest things, in fairness they sorted the problem and got my visa in 4 days. Thanks. In fact it now turns out that their website took an extra payment and they agreed to refund me the payment. Three months later I have not been refunded, apparently it's not their problem as they have instructed PayPal to refund me. The fact that they haven't, is not their responsibility either, as they have done what they have to ?!! I have rung my bank and they have no instructions to refund me, I have told visa this, but they aren't interested. Amazon can refund me, but these con men can't. Absolute disgrace and it's not over, if I don't get my refund that they admit too, but wash their hands of, I will take them to court. Be warned.

Fast response and good service. However, more information about necessary documents (hotel reservation, confirmation if flight tickets etc) should be clearly outlined so that one is clear before applying and making payments.
I liked the ease of applying for the visa and the fact that I can get it fast, however I got mine after 2 days even though I paid for 2 hours service.

I wasn’t sure it was a good idea a third partie, but have no option because there is no Kenia embassy in my country. The process was easy and fast. I appreciate they were in touch all the time, that is valuable and give me confidence. It worth the extra amount.
