The IVisa website is much easier to navigate than the website of the different countries we are visiting. I have a family member who applied for a visa directly and ended up with one that expires before our trip is over. IVisa did not submit our application until the date was such that we would have adequate time on our visa at the time of our departure. That issue alone is worth its weight in gold.

So many many unneccesary questions, this is really discouraging tourists. You could try to make it simple . Then too expensive around 102 euros per head this is a big joke. We are bringing money to your country and you ask too many questions.

Finally got good help through a person. I think it was a person?The bot could not answer my questions. I am not great on the internet. I am older!!! It would be good to speak to a person. I am still waiting on a refund from a visa to Tanzania that I changed my mind about.
