I am not very experienced with online applications. But I gave it a go. All was straight forward until when it came to taking the images. I had to ask for help. All went well and I was happy in the end.
Very simple to use, however some information ( hotel address) was typed in correctly in principle , but not exactly as provided later on in your masque.

Sometimes it's difficult to understand everything, because english is Not my favourite language. But I think I found a way to answer all Questions and get the Visa. I think I will have a wonderful travel to Kenia.

Your stuff should be able to give advice on how to get the receipt from the tour people. Also, it’s not easy to talk To talk to the machine and do the chat, it was very hard to get some of your stuff to come on the phone. There was no phone number to reach them.
I liked the fact that when I got stuck with the application, I was able to reach out to agents that were more than willing to help out. They walked me step by step and even helped with uploading some of the documents. That was a great help.
