While I struggled to get all my supporting documents in order ie the host ID and the letter from the host was not the same (host used nick name in invitation letter), all the things that I needed to fix was clear and I could make the necessary changes with the help of the customer chat in whats-app with a real person helping me (not just the chat bot)

The process was very clear and easy. Although there are a lot of questions, I went through the process quickly and without any hickups. My application was for my family of 5 people and took less than an hour to complete and got approved within a few days. You can take your own pictures during the process, just make sure both ears are visible, no smiles with teeth, no distractions in background. Same rules as for passport pictures apply. I did not know about the requirement up to the point of checking in at the airport. I was able to access the site on my phone. I chose to go for a rash option which was more expensive than the normal option. Though I missed the flight the processes was quick when you have all the required documents.
I had a great experience using this platform. However, I would have preferred to get a list of required attachments before I started the application, and jot after I had first made the payment. This unnecessarily delays the entire process.
Easy and quick. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because they kept insisting on a ‘national ID’ and being American there is no such thing. They should be familiar with that fact.

I was shocked to discover a $59 ETA would actually cost $154 or about that amount. iVisa gave us a nice family discount. Completing the 'paper work" took quite a while but once it was done the ivisas arrived promptly

I liked that I was able to start and stop the online process. It enables me to keep the application alive while I waited for other supporting documents to be provided eg hotel reservation confirmation. I was kept informed of the application status and had contact details in case of any questions.
