Everything went somewhat smoothly. Should provide a list of exactly what is expected on the application to speed up the application process, e.g. return flight confirmations, hotel confirmations, etc. But once all was done, it went well. Still waiting for my Visa however.

Everything went well. A couple of time where I submitted the wrong document or left some out, but things were handled/resolved quickly. received my Visa in a coi2ple days.
I was able to successfully obtain three visas for two different itineraries. One for a single friend (for East Africa) was easier, and the response was thankfully very quick once all the information was gathered and submitted. The second was for two travelers, and was much more complicated. The i-visa team was very patient to respond to my chat questions, but I found the response times were often many many minutes to the point that I abandoned work on several occasions to pick up on the same chat the next day, or even several days later as I had to get more and more documentation. My advice is follow the instructions very carefully. Try to have everything needed before you even start. This includes very clear passport images, and individual photos without eyewear, also good documents (reservations) for where you will stay as well as host's passport image if staying in a home.

Very upset with this I double checked through email chat that I was applying for a single visit tourism visa but have only received a covid medical certificate which I do not need travelling from the UK to Kenya. I felt I was mislead. Waste of time and money I can ill afford.

I was surprised to get the visa in less than one day! The application process was super easy and I woke up the next day with a visa to Kenya. I also like that I can apply for multiple people with one application because other visa sites I checked all wanted me to apply separately for each family member, this website made the process super easy! I did an east africa visa for Uganda and Kenya, but when I arrived in Uganda they made me another visa and paid again, and the same happened when I arrived in Kenya, I paid a visa 3 times and I still have to arrive

Good value and super-efficient iVisa had clear instructions for making the required image, was quick to correct my first try and blindingly fast in returning the finished photo once I sent them a good starting image.
We have not tried to obtain a Kenya visa since 2018 and had to adapt to all changes due to COVID and also updated technology re presentation of passports. Also due our life style we were in the bush in the eastern islands of Indonesia with minimal internet and a long way from our passorts in a safe in our office in Bali. At nearly 82, my competence on the computer was another problem. Through the above all the staff at iVisa were patient, caring and courteous and showed me exactly what I must do to meet the above requirements. Service rated 5 star
opened the page to extend my visa, selected the apply button and it took me to an application. As i finish the application, I realized it was for a surveillance QR code rather than a visa. They charged me $60 USD for something that is provided for free. This is a prime example of “legal scamming”. Shameful.
Overall it was a great experience. They were great with answering any of my questions and were very timely. They are a little more expensive than their competitors, but well worth it.
The approval for an expedited ivisa is 2 working days. However, it took less than 12hrs to get approval. Quite impressive. The process was professionally carried out and the instant response was amazing. Corrections were made in a timely manner. My wish though is that some information like invitation letter shouldn’t be a priority to the process because there are Kenyans living abroad and it’s unnecessary to provide an invitation letter. I also hope that the speed with which this was carried out be maintained in future even as the number of applicants soar. This gesture and ethical attitude of professionalism should be reflected through other sectors within the economy. As such, Kenya will be a greater nation. Great job.
Regarding case number 524565. I don’t appreciate cookie-cutter explanations when you request clarification on an answer I have given. Be specific and to the point so that we can all get to the correct facts right away. I get the feeling that you aren’t even reading all the materials I am sending. If you were then you could easily have deduced the answer and worked it out for yourselves and not wasted my time. DO THE JOB YOU ARE BEING PAID TO DO and stop making me do it for you.
Pretty simple process, really. Wish the "optional" add-ins were better explained. For example, I opted for the $6.95 shipping/ handling of materials, not knowing they were going to be e-mailed. Otherwise, it went well.
