Your iVisa.com site accomplished what was needed to get done although it was a bit confusing for and old guy like me who doesn’t use a computer much.

I missed my holiday and lost at least 1000,- $. I applied for the Super Rush eVisa for Kenia (2 days) and a normal eVisa for Tanzania (10 days) using the same data (photograph, scans of passport and accomodation documents). While I received the Tanzanian visa within 24 hrs, you iVisa guys rejected 3 times 3 different photos, 2 times the accomodation scans. Finally the eVisa got stucked at the Kenyan immigration office and I missed my flight. Very disappointed and sad and angry. Never again if it was possible.
Bad customer services they ask for unnecessary info and don’t check yeh application and will wast your time don’t do no more visa with them disgusting company
I was very happy with the process and the service I received from the support team to complete my Visa for Africa. There were some confusing sections and I utilized their online chat and they responded quickly with an answer and action for the direction to take. I highly recommend and would definitely use them again in the future when needed.

Technical problems created automatically E-mails asking for additional information that I had sent several times already. But a direct help chat solved the trouble and I got my visa now within the mentioned time slot. All in all I say thanks to those who did their job. I will hire iVisa in future again.

Good morning What i find good is d quick feedback, friendly contact persons and support in time. What is not ok is d additional price for d processing fees cos for my past application i just paid 51€ including processing and visa in one. All in all the service provided helped a lot to simplify the visa request for Kenya. In the first place some questions remained unanswered. However a little later doubts could be cleared and I am now happy to having received the documents in due time.
