Fast response and good service. However, more information about necessary documents (hotel reservation, confirmation if flight tickets etc) should be clearly outlined so that one is clear before applying and making payments.

I liked the ease of applying for the visa and the fact that I can get it fast, however I got mine after 2 days even though I paid for 2 hours service.

Quick turnaround but customer service is automated. Responses to chat were automated and e-mail requests for additional information repetitive with little clarity as to what needs to be done to resolve problems. Called Customer Service # and waited on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up
Took over a month to receive Visa, when you actually used the main site as a third party to obtain my Visa. My other group used the main site and it took them less than two weeks to get the Visa’s. It probably required over 5-7 phone calls to get this visa issued. Very poor service!
It was quite good experience and I hope other countries use ivisa in issuing entrance visa for short visits
They were EXTREMELY helpful. I needed a lot of help because I’m not very computer literate. They were there and could answer every question and got me through it. The processes isn’t hard. I just don’t know how to work with computers very well. The others in my group got their applications done in 10 or 15 minutes, max.
Terrible service. I had to go in person to the Kenya Consulate to get my Visa. Not sure why in the first place after going to the Kenya web site for Visas we were connected to iVisa.com web site. This service iVisa- costs more than Kenya Consulate and did not deliver my Visa until after I had already received my Visa directly from the Kenya Consulate.

I needed a visa for Kenya and was told that the airlines now expect you to have the visa in hand when you start your journey instead of getting a visa at the airport in Nairobi. I looked at several websites that handle electronic visas and chose iVisa. I was not disappointed. The process was exactly as they described and was completed in six days. I heard within 24 to 48 hours after they had reviewed my application. They asked for an additional travel confirmation which I supplied. They then submitted my application to the government and I heard within six days and had my approved visa. Thank you iVisa for making the process so efficient and clear.

The service was inordinately delayed and I finally only got the visa after several email followups. Will not use this e-visa provider any more.
I wasn’t sure it was a good idea a third partie, but have no option because there is no Kenia embassy in my country. The process was easy and fast. I appreciate they were in touch all the time, that is valuable and give me confidence. It worth the extra amount.

I found this process immensely frustrating. I uploaded all the documents and photos when I applied for visas to Kenya for both my husband and myself. I received an email stating that the documents and photos were needed. When I inquired what was still needed, I received a response merely repeating what was on the application. When I asked what specific information was still needed, I received no response So, I couldn't figure out what was deficient. I guessed as best I could and attached new photos and more documents. Then, I called and spoke to a rep who said the only problem was one of the photos was blurry. I took a new one and sent it. Then I received an email saying NO documents or photos had been received, after having sent things on three separate occasions. I went on the website and started a chat with someone who was helpful (finally) and reattached the documents and photos. We received our visas today but there are no photos attached. I went back to the chat feature on the website and asked about that. I was told to bring the photos with me. But I don't know which photos of the many I sent (trying to meet your standards) so, I don't know which ones to print out and bring. When I asked this on the chat, the rep never replied. Still don't have that answer. One person out of about 5 knew what to do and was helpful. Everyone else made the process much more complicated than it needed to be.

this is a very complicated way to get a visa. the information had to be checked, rechecked then checked again. what was worse is there was no information as to whether emails had been received or not.in the end i forced the operative to check everything while i waited online. next time i think i will spend a day in london and go to whatever consulate... far easier

I submitted my application on 19 June 2019 and got my visa the following day which was awesome. I was initially worried I wouldn't receive my visa on time or worse not at all after reading some bad reviews here but things turned out just fine. And yes they do deliver as promise.
