I sent in the required photos and information - have record that the emails went. Never received confirmation, nor follow up inquiry as to why they weren't in. I just happen to check why I didn't receive my visa and found out they were never received. I was given a different email address and re-sent them and kept person on live chat to verify that they were in fact received.

Information in the visa is not exactly as entered in the system. Reasons for trip was changed from “Tourism” to “Settlement/Family”, and Kenya contact information was guessed by the team, rather than making this field mandatory. I did not enter information on where we were staying, yet someone on the processing end just selected a hotel that they thought sounded good. This was explained to me on online chat and advised that this is usual. I am keeping my fingers crossed that it does not cause issue.
Everything went really well. I think the service rep may have been newer to the position. I was asked to provide data that was not required. When I questioned it, and they did check and found the info was not required,
The website said a e-visa would be issued within 3 days, and mine took over a month! Apparently the staff did not bother to check to see that somehow my request had been deleted, even though I sent them quite a few e-mails asking them why my visa had not been issued. Finally, someone on the staff checked to find out the problem, fixed it, and then the visa was issued. To be fair, the company refunded their service fee of $35, which was really the proper thing for them to do considering the time and anxiety it caused me in trying to receive my e-visa from this company.
A 72 hour process took more than a week. It got me really stressed out and I got my Visa way too close to my arrival date.
Very happy with this service that I used for my wife's visa to Tanzania. It was fast, straight forward and easy. I used another service for mine and it took much longer, cost more, and did not register me with the US Embassy in Tanzania. Will recommend to others.

Initially they registered wrong some data in the visa but they were attentive to solve the problem quickly. They are a reliable company with excellent customer service. I only recommend to the people to look carefully the information on the visa to avoid problems on arrival.

I always use ivisa services, the recent visa was delayed because of the authorities not the ivisa, although when applied, the software Didn’t ask for my flight reservation which delayed the issue of the visa I suggest for future applications, that the software will include any extra required supporting documentation required by the visa issuing authorities(for example the flight booking) The visa took more than a week to be issued, however Still I am very happy with ivisa service Thanks
We didn’t get our visa in 2 hours or even 3 days They told us the government site was down but it wasn’t as I was able to enter my information and get a visa application in. Hopefully the fee that the charged us will be refunded.
Paid £123 for a speedy 2hr service however after 48hrs this had still not been progressed with very little information coming from the company. Luckily I arrived and was allowed into the country after them initially saying I would have to purchase the visa again. Suffice to say I won't use your service again

Getting the visa took many weeks & several prompts from us to you. I had been charged for it & paid for it before I got it. It finally came one week before my departure. Not a pleasant experience.
It took much longer than promised. You might want to broaden the time frame in which you will receive the visa. Customer service was excellent keeping me informed with the process.
Kenya visa application need to have all documents required scanned on your computer the correct way round for uploading Once done completion of application easy. Drop down lists cause problems selecting one but another appears . You need check documents emailed back as two of ours had wrong information had to get re sent. M
Very easy to use. Worth the fees. Used them once when I was having trouble with foreign government website. The next time I went straight to IVisa. They make it so easy. Submitting pictures is fast and easy.
This is a fraud website! You deceive people by charging USD 88 for the visa application and then you want to the customer to pay again USD 129. The Kenyan visa upon arrival costs USD 50. I paid the USD 88 but have not received the visa but instead more than 10 emails asking for more money!
Opted for the "Rush" visa program for Kenya. They advertise you will have the visa in 2 hours . . . I spent $153.00 (US) for nothing. Not only did the electronic visa not appear in my mailbox in 2 hours, it didn't appear in two days! I arrived in Kenya two days later and had to walk through the visa process at customs. I also had to pay the $50.00 (US) entry fee for a temporary visa. I got up on day after I arrived in Kenya and guess what??? My electronic visa was approved. So, I'm out $150 BUT I've gained valuable experience. Forget ivisa . . . it was not only ineffective, but costly. I should have known better. My bad. It won't happen again.
