The process is presented as if it is a simple process and the unsuspected person does not know all the documentation required is overwhelming. In addition you have to pay in advance, so you now must complete or forfeit your money. Furthermore, when you conduct an inquiry takes up to (3) three hours to respond this is written on their Inter-communication system. So who has time to wait for a quick respond 3 hours "Poor" respond system. I will not used or recommend this I-Visa process to anyone, avoid and obtain visa upon arrival cheaper and less paperwork. Smooth process. The email exchanges with staff regarding documents needed etc. were very helpful. Expedited visa took less than 48 hours to process.
I have used ivisa several times before and it was always easy and quick but not this time. Something has changed - maybe the Covid affect. I had to resubmit documents at least 4 times. Even documents that ivisa used on my previous visa just 1 month ago were rejected as 'not sufficient'. Crazy . They always had a different person handling my account and the requested information I sent was not always communicated to the new person. The email they sent to upload the submittals did not work and I had to send them directly by email and this also caused confusion. It took a long time compared to before. A frustrating experience. I will probably not use ivsia again. I think the evisa.go.ke Kenyan web site has been sufficiently upgraded and is 1/2 the cost. Goodby Ivisa. Thanks for your help in the past.

Firstly I found the website very difficult to use. I needed to save and return to the application on site several times to gather info required and each time I attempted to save the portion of the website I had completed, it would erase the info requiring me to fill in the information from the start each time. We paid well over the base price for the VISA's and now have received an email instructing us to print the paid invoice and that we may not receive the VISA's and to use the invoice instead. This is unacceptable and NOT what we thought we were paying for..
Website easy to navigate, easy to upload documents good help when things don't go right. Great not to have to send my passport away when applying for multiple visas.
Chats at times were slow to respond. Some required information was not clear especially related to accommodations. Getting an eVisa for Kenya is difficult.
The experience to apply for a Kenya visa was simple and straight forward and with guidance notes for further clarification if needed.

The visa wasn’t issued after paying so much money again was told to get visa on arrival. and handling fees was charged 35 usd but on invoice it’s written only 1usd... cheaters

Online visa should supply electronic visa to the applicant otherwise refused for a reason. In my case nothing of the above received.. sure the system has an issue and not working probably. Which you do improve the getting result to reflect on user satisfactory level T

We paid for 2 hour service and received 1 week service. We were told the 2 hour service was only to receive an invoice. That information should have been relayed from the beginning. Our trip departed yesterday, we received the visa one day after departure.

For some reason, you have my first name as Louis when my application and passport all state it is James. I hope this will not be a problem when I get to Nairobi.

Never got my printable visa!!! Just a receipt that said I had paid. They said it would not be a problem, turned out they were wrong!!
The iVisa team is theives. They have colledced USD 150 from me two weeks ago with promise that my visa will be delivered in 2 hours. Inspite of complaints no resolution has been given. Its pathetic. Not reliable at all. They are cheaters and fraud. Dont use theier service for visa. Pathetic.
I would of said fantastic and given 5 stars, but had a problem with their website, it wouldn't do the simplest things, in fairness they sorted the problem and got my visa in 4 days. Thanks. In fact it now turns out that their website took an extra payment and they agreed to refund me the payment. Three months later I have not been refunded, apparently it's not their problem as they have instructed PayPal to refund me. The fact that they haven't, is not their responsibility either, as they have done what they have to ?!! I have rung my bank and they have no instructions to refund me, I have told visa this, but they aren't interested. Amazon can refund me, but these con men can't. Absolute disgrace and it's not over, if I don't get my refund that they admit too, but wash their hands of, I will take them to court. Be warned.
I have applied for a 5 day visa more than 7 days ago and I have not received anything yet. Awful service! I will have to request my visa when i arrive in Nairobi because you are unable to deliver. I will never use your services again and I have asked my all companies to not go through you anymore for none of our future trip!
The Ivisa process is so easy to follow and they are quick at informing you that there is something wrong be it your details or photos.
This is the second time I am using the services of IVisa. I have recommended the same to 2 my colleagues who will be travelling to Nairobi on the 20th. An excellent service.
