Like when I listed that my father in law was deceased, but the application still wanted his phone number! Fast, secure. Once you've gone through the process and understand all the requirements for your country visiting, the second time through is a snap. First time (5 months ago) for a more complicated itinerary to East Africa, took a lot of extra time and some of the questions asked were surprising, but the I-visa team were very patient to work through all those details over a 10 day period.

It was such a long and ridiculous process - I had to send my passport three times, my accomodation three times, then I was asked to have my friend send an invitation with his ID, and then I was asked to resend his ID twice….and on top of it the processing fee is more than the visa. won’t be using this service again.

Last minute is expensive, but they helped me with all the formalities and so i got my visa in time.
Last trip I visited Kenya my visa arrived in two days without any hitches. This time there was a lot of back and forth after submitting every document required for the application.
I started the iVisa process on Nov 7th and didn’t get the visas until Dec 10th. As far as I can tell, iVisa did nothing but review my application and send it. More than a month and an endless stream of anguished emails later, no visa was issued. iVisa just waited and sent me canned emails. I wasted hours calling around to see if anyone I knew could help. Yesterday we wrote at least 10 emails to the staff, but I think it was the outraged email we sent to the heads of the company that finally got the staff to find the delay and resolve it. Much easier, quicker, and safer to apply directly through the Kenya government system. Everyone on our trip who applied that way got their visas in three days. Stay away from iVisa.
it was a good service although I got several requests of the same document. It was until I send documents by email que the process advanced.
