Received late applied for 1 hr issuing visa Received almost after 6 hrs.
Need to improve the organization, because repeating asking the same documents from the client, made people stress, and once the client submit the relevant documents, seems the staff should follow up.
2 main reasons: 1) There was no requirement to upload a 'covering letter' in the Ivisa webiste or in the application upload area, and thus it was not uploaded and a visa got rejected. Very disappointed, cause we trusted the Ivisa website would know what is needed to apply for a visa. 2) When we re applied, the ivisa application was not helpful. We had to constantly inquire from the ivisa whether the visa application was submitted. And after 7 days, they had still not submitted the application. Since we were in a hurry to get the visa we requested it to be cancelled and submitted it on our own. In addition, they had charged $35 for application processing, and refunded only the rest. We are still waiting for the refund and as for the reason as to why we were charged when they actually didn't do any processing.
I'm glad that my boyfriend was eventually granted with visa. However, we paid and stressed out more than expected. While applying for visa, we weren't aware of essential requirements that are hidden at the website, so we needed to switch the visa type by paying extra money and provide some additional information. The support team was confusing us with different instructions (and bad English). But thanks god, they were regularly in touch and finally proceeded the visa!
Only after i make a inquiry, You are giving the acknowledge about extra documents required and its details, same way after i inure only you are giving the update about visa approval status and sending to my mail
Poor Value for Money Day 1, I applied tourist visa for Malaysia. Day 2, I got the mail additional info needed. I provided that. I got the message that they cannot process my application and are initiating refund (only visa cost, not the service charges). I spent the whole day getting in contact with embassy and clarifying the doubts. Same day in evening while some other member of the team says no info was needed. Day 3, I get my visa. It was unnecessary a headache.
I was bothered for 2Days with documents I cannot get before I hand up and then they had the visa approval in a night. It worked out but the idea that an agent will take the stress out of the process was just not true here.
I just want to know why iVisa has charged exorbitabtly foe Malaysia visa fee. I see that the visa fee is only INR 1000 (only $7USD) but you guys had taken lot of service fee which I'm not happy. Otherwise communication wise I'm okay. You guys are charging so much. Please try to keep nominal or reasonable so more customer will avail your services.
A very poor satisfaction rate as a customer. Visa was logged prior to visit with all required forms and details. After reverting back for additional documents, the papers were sent in time but the visa granted was late due to which the journey was compromised. After asking for cancellation of the visa (during process) and a refund application, the visa was still processed. The website should inform the applicants in the case of delays due to heavy load of applicants so that the applicant can plan likewise. Extremely poor communication by the agency.
The online chat was very slow and my visa took more than 15 days
