Same form available on arrival free of charge. This is a scam.
I got a Malaysian Digital Arrival card from you, costs € 50,00. But upon entrance in Malaysia the information from you proved wrong. My passportnumber is NU5HLDB95 whereas you filled in NU9HLDB95. It took me more than an hour to correct it. By the way, the Malaysian Digital Arrival card is free of charge. In october you requested a payment of € 25,00 and now € 50,00 I want my money back, you can sent it toNL68ABNA0485901048 on the name of A.T. Jas Pfeiffer
Everything possible. You kept on asking me to upload same set of documents and repeatedly kept asking for it again and again. Again and again kept asking for my valid visa in Hong Kong when this is one of the first document I was asked to submit. Then you confirmed saying all visas ok, but had attached my son's visa. When I asked for a copy of mine, said Goverment is still processing. But all others are on my sponsor visa. So this is not possible, but you messed it up. I will officially complaint to Malaysian Government on how you are discouraging visitors to their country, will take the liberty to share my feedback in every channel, forum possible and I will alao ensure I go through a travel agent if I see you handling any of my requests in future. I did ask for an escalation contact to connect, this was never provided either. Hence, I have no other option. WORST EVERY SYSTEM, SERVICE ANYBODY COULD HAVE. It's a shame to the industry.
This is a scam, I applied for the visa myslef, as no one from Ivisa responded to my request or messages.
Would have been good to be advised prior to payment that Australians do not require a visa before entry if they are visiting for 90 days or less as a tourist.
iVisa is a SCAMMER. When arriving at the Penang, Malaysia international airport, a sign at the gate is stating that all foreign travelers will need to obtain a Digital ID. A QR code was provided and asked travelers to scan and complete their application online. My application can not be submitted unless I paid the processing fee of $106 USD per person. I found out later when I got to my hotel that my friend whose was traveling with me did not paid for his Digital ID. In my case, I got SCAMMED by iVisa for running at the background and making me believe that I MUST paid the Malaysia’s Immigration Authorities.
The visa was not needed. The website was very confuse about who need to apply and we filled up all the questions about the travel details and it still didn't care to inform that conexion flight didn't required visa. We end up wasting our money. Of course no refund is provide! This was a fraudulent action !!!
I don’t need to pay the visa fee to Malaysia. But you charged me about 400CNY. That’s cheating
I applied for a 90 day visa to Malaysia as a Thai passport holder, I am to take part in the Sail Malaysia Rally. Instead I am sold a MDAC which is free and easily obtained online. I feel that I have been cheated.
Your entry visa says use this pin BUT NO PIN GIVEN I paid a lot of money for nothing? Please supply me with a PIN
Because the necessary information, PIN #, was missing from the document, embarkment was denied until renewal of application
They got 100€ and its for free at arrival. And the ticket was not working. Dont use this scam
I was told by your site that I needed a visa for
The Malaysia Arrival Card is free, you charged me AUS$170 to produce it. How I got diveerted to your website is a mystery, and one I am NOT haay about. Peter Bell
I did not require the visa. This was not picked up. Was filling in "arrival form". Will seek recovery of fees paid. More importantly, if my recollections are right, the birthday segment require many clicks back. For someone born in 1955, you have to go back well over 60 years x 12 months clicking to fill in the birth year, month and day. I filled a number of forms that required an inordinate number of clicks for that. I think the ivisa form has the same set up.
Since I dont need a Visa, they charged me 2.600.000 Vietnamese money for a Immigration card which nobody wanted to see in Malaysia.
It’s a scam free of charge by the Malaysian government and immigration authorities this party misleading the visitors and tourists Trying rip-off others money do not trap and don’t pay a cent for the free of charge services
It was complicated to use and what could be wrong was done that way. For example: why did you use a fake email address? Why did you give my mobile number as 31? My mobile isn't from Holland. I had to correct the info on the application for place of birth, which is clearly stated in my passport. If I had to do it all again I would certainly reconsider using iVisa. I was paying a service charge to correct your mistakes.
For the unwary this is a superfluous and very expensive service, about 250 times more expensive. Having gone for the 30 minute rush job, we walked to the Immigration barrier only to find that tourists were filling out the forms on computers in real time, most didn’t pay and were through as soon as they had submitted their forms.
Did not receive a pin. Email address was entered completely incorrectly. When I sent a message that there was a problem I received no reply I would like a refund
Service levels were not met for which fee was paid. In the end when I finally received a response on 16th instead of 9th February I was sent a customs form instead of a visit eVisa. If the service was not possible to be executed in one day why was fee charged for one day service? Also no explanation if customs form can be used as a visit visa granting access to Malaysia.
You promised Malaysian visa within 6 business days but it came after 2 months and I was the one who had to contact embassy to get it processed. Your agents did not help even a single bit and gave a robotic response, it is not in our control as it's dependent on the government. Absolutely zero empathy and shown no interest to even try to help. You're the most unprofessional set of people I've come across in the field of customer service. I'm not sure why I paid you so much when I had to do everything on my own.
After seeing company in this business 10 hours choose this for my brother and nephew Malaysia visit visa but it turn out to be one of the nightmare decision I ever made. For 36 hours they keep on asking the documents via email which I sent them ASAP and then they ask another. One ask series of documents and once you send all, another will mail you to send the same documents. I never saw such a unprofessional & unorganised service provider. Their chat service is fake and number they have is also not useful. PLESE PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE AS YOU WILL GOT SO MUCH STRESS ONCE YOU SAW AND EXPERIENCE THEIR SERVICE.
The photo was rejected by our Immigration Department. Despite being promised a revision to be made on my photo, non was done.
The photo did not meet the guideline for Employment visa for Malaysia which is supposed to be a cloud blue background and less than 20kb. I sent an email and was waiting for a response and have not got it yet for most than 6 hours. The whole idea to do it online is to avoid such delays.
The photo cannot use at all Ask me use for what but didn’t check what the website requested
Malaysia passport photo requires the person to wear black. It did not indicate in your service. Unfortunately we need a retake. We wish we knew beforehand.
PHOTO CANNOT FIXED WHEN UPLOAD TO GOVERMENT PORTAL FOR RENEWAL PASSPORT. WASTE MONEY
I paid more money (more than 100$) for 1 hour super express visa as i wanted it super urgent basis and kept waiting at the airport counter..but 2 hours of waiting and i had to MISS my flight coz visa didnt cone through. i called the US hotline number as well and held for almost 15 min awaiting any answer. All i got was “it will happen in another hour” and a delayed process mail saying there was too much traffic online so my visa got delayed. And yes the “super urgent 1 hour express delivery” happened after more than 2.5 hours
I will never use your services again. They asked me for the same thing over and over-failing to understanding causing me a lot of frustration and wasting my time! I applied for my visa on the 18th and ended up receiving it on the 30th! Terrible- will never use your services again! Highly unprofessional!
Sorry , I received the visa right now . even though it took many days . I ma happy but these documents should have asked before
Dear Applicants, I request you to personally cross-check each and every detail on your visa and once you receive it. I have been applying visas through them and they make the silliest mistakes and we travelers are denied immigration at airports. Such disappointments and losses. I applied for a Malaysian visa and the processing team entered the DOB incorrectly. I was stopped at the airport and couldn't travel. My complete itinerary was a waste and I lost USD240 of my round trip ticket. When requested them to reprocess my visa at the earliest, they me send me an email on the 21ST OCT with an embassy appointment for 20TH OCT. How stupid is this I can't even comment. After realizing I can no longer travel and I've missed my trip, when I claimed my refunds they say we can't refund our processing fee and we are not responsible for your itinerary loss. On what basis is iVisa.com charging me a visa processing fee when they processed an invalid visa?? My trip and my plans were a complete fail! Who is responsible for my ticket loss? My visa fee loss? iVisa.com, please be aware that there are hundreds of agents processing visas, I've been using your services for more than 3 years; if you can't provide quality customer service you're eventually losing the trust you've built up over these years
Customer care was very slow to respond. They abruptly left my chat 3 times. I was scared if I will get my visa on time. Very poor service. Not worth the money!
Horrible. Because of iVisa I lost almost INR 25000 to INR 30000, since iVisa could not read my documents and understand my entry and exit dates to Malaysia. I applied for single entry on 12th Nov 2019 and exit on 13 Nov 2019. I applied for entri visa on 10th Nov 2019 from Medan for entry into malaysia on 12 th nov 2019 and exit to India on 13th Nov 2019. My tickets will prove this.
I have contacted iVisa to obtain eNTRI for Malaysia. Everyday they come back to me and asking for new document proofs and finally I have to cancel my order and approach embassy directly to get visa. Luckily I have obtained visa. If I trust iVisa until departure date I would have end up in trouble. Worst service ever.
My experiences r known to the people in iVisa. They have technical mistake for which the customer has to bear their service charges. There r many easier ways to apply for visa than iVisa.
No updates received and charged for rush processing finally had to cancel the travel plans despite multiple chasers no updates received.
Very bad experience . the visa is of no use for us. it took more thn a week for simple visa we could get in one day. we will not use your servixes ever.
i had a very bad experience applying for malaysia visa. No clear guidelines on required documents.
Very bad service. They don’t know any rules or regulations, I got extremely harassed.
You guys miss guide and charge extra money My entry visa 15 days stay was in coming period till 16 July I applied on 13 for the same visa Your team charge me 1500 extra and advice me for e visa and assured me that I will get it in 4 hours today is 17 July I got my visa that to paying lot of money to your company
Applied Malaysia tourist visa and received after 9 days, pathetic experience, not going to recommend anyone.
Service charges are very high and also the original Visa fees is more than triple what the actual cost.
I have applied visa for 2 persons But both visa are in the name of one person
The Experience was bitter and we were constantly following up with your team in getting the visa approved. The rejected visa was approved by another agent in 4 hrs and when we contacted the embassy for reason of rejection, they appraised that ivisa team did not submit documents in order and hence there was delay in issuing the visa processing.
Worst service ever. They charged 4 times the fees of visa. And do not even understand what is return ticket.
No updates received on delay of my visa status. Though I applied for rush fee and delay at GOVT, Customer should get details for delay. I have to call every time to know that updates.
I feel I have been cheated with huge payment for a 48hours processing. But received the visa after 3 days ( normal processing)!!!!
recently applied for 3 visa together for malaysia. apparently my mothers visa application required Trvellers cheque with bank chop. Travellers cheques have been long abolished and ivisa agent insist govt of malaysia wants it despite me furnishing all funds availibilty etc. The agent Genalyn Ngo was in fact utterly rude and was no help at all. Furthermore, i was not promptly advised via email on the updates and required docs by ivisa. i ended up cancelling the application and am waiting for my refund
very slow process, not actively talking and following up with clients the missing document email are in my junk email for a week, and no one is follow up to chase the documents. the application was pending in governments for over 6 days no one in the team could tell me why and when will it be done, until yesterday to tell me still missing one document of HK ID. because of the long process, my trip had to be cancelled, it's time consuming, not trustworthy and waste of money.
