Slow in bringing clarities on the visa progress. My first visa is declined after 1 week (while your website says 24 hours to grant visa). I had to then book costlier flights due to your delay in processing my application. Very disappointed.
It’s very very bad service not only I’m if any of my friends ask me about your service I will not recommend. After my holiday send me a visa and spoiled my holiday.
It's too expensive. Charged me $110 au & on the approved visa it's says cost only $9. It's way to expensive
Unreasonable as true amounts were not fully disclosed. Site says visa fee is over 50AUD which was charged and a separate visa processing fee was charged. But the visa document claims it is only 7AUD
I am simply appalled by your website and service. For the amount of money you have taken as service fee, your visa management and customer service is abysmal. It has taken you 8 days to facilitate a visa that is supposed to take 4 days. You have no facility for visa without invitation letter and have no clue on the issues that can crop up because of it. I completely regret not going to OSC and organizing my visa like I did on my last trip. I have had a totally rotten experience and will definitely not recommend this service to anybody. If there was a way to give you negative stars, I would do so!!!
I apploed for my colleague visa for $31 and applied here for $130 He got visa before me. This shows me i just wasted $100 for nothing but poor support saying it is submitted to government.
