i love the how it easy to apply, but it's takes to long to be approved, and i think you can have super rush which is one day
I found it very stressful, as I’m not into technology at our age.
Why do i have to leave this before finished. Wait till end and you would get better review.
I like the fast deliver of the visa. But I dont get the payment paper. I've payed 50$ without any paper of payment. That is no good
Three credit cards were refused until I figured out how to change the currency
3 days beforehand is too little when leaving on a Sunday.. 4 or 5 would be better The website needs improvement ( is it open 24 hours) We had quick responses and issue of arrival card once we achieved documentation
Liked - the online application opportunity - uploading documents was easy - saving and exiting was easy - returning to my application was easy Could improve - did not see necessity of uploading a separate bank statement for my wife who will be travelling with me, and be fully financially dependent on me - did not see necessity of uploading a separate accommodation booking for my wife billing when we will share the same room - there was no opportunity to do a final check before submission
I've had problems filling in documentation. I could not understand why as I had no problems with the Singapore documents which seem almost identical. With regards logging into my account, when trying to download the documents, only mine and not my wife's could be downloaded. Good thing they were attached to your acceptance email. I am still unsure whether or not I have all necessary documentation. Overall a very stressful experience.
I was not familiar with some of places my flights was taking me to or from so I got confused as to right answer But I must have done it correctly as I have it in all cleared mode So that is very good news for me.
Hi There, Not for criticism, but to help improve your system, I would make a couple of suggestions. I am a Canadian citizen and want to visit Malaysia. When I checked the visa requirements for Canadian citizens, I probably opened iVisa website which claimed that passengers will not have to stand in que and do the paper work. I thought that visa was necessary for Canadians. So I paid the fee and submitted an application. But what I was surprised to see that the visa issue time was almost after my flight departure. Later on I discovered that Canadians dont require visa to enter and stay in Malaysia for 90 days. This is where I got upset because ivisa system should have alerted in the first place that Canadians dont require visa. Secondly, the process seems very slow. Because I had applied at least three days ago and the system was still showing the first stage while the major step which was government verification was still showing pending even a day before the flight. I panicked and stared submitting complaints, sending emails. Then I started receiving apology emails. But ultimately they immediately issued the visa a day before the flight. I am sorry as I sent a little strong email, but as I said I wanted to ensure that visa is issued before much time to avoid last minute surprises. At the end I will thanks the staff who took the matter up on priority and processed the visa immediately.
Easy to use, however does not allow a group/family application in which members of group/family hold differrent nationalities/passports
I hope you can improve on below: 1) When fill the form of hotel/residence address, we fill words that is good. 2) However, when the column of "state" and " city", it becomes we have to choose from so many different names that all are not familiar for a foreigner. I think it should be like hotel/residence address that just filled by the applicant. As if applicant book a hotel, he has address information easily. But if asking " state" or " city", its hard for a foreigner to know the answe. So, I suggest even can delete " state" or " city" which is not really necessary. To have full information of hotel/residence should be enough. Also, ZIP code is not necessary in my opinion. Thanks.
Service is a little confused, though prompt replies but were not asking the requirements in a claer way. Took 5 days not 24 hours
The process was slow. The information they were asking for was very slow, individually asking for documents instead of asking at one time. wastes my time and their. However, ivisa is helpful.
The chat service was helpful, The customer service people were supportive. The email service from Ivisa was not too great. It took 6 days for the visa to be processed, something that takes 24 hours.
It took several days than what appeared by other peoples review if super fast service Though reply came to me but only on several mails and chat enquiries
I would say, there is big scope for improvement for iVisa Team at their bottom line (operators who work with the tickets / Visa applications) for improving the customer experience. As in my case, the web site processed the payment during my application process but, then got stuck at there and the ivisa system did not allow me to complete my application process for step 3! Secondly, all requirements from the applicants should have been requested in your web or at least in your first email immediately after your first assessment instead of sending number of back & forth emails asking this & that! A Visa application processed / handled by number of operators as one by one, was that just created almost 90% of the issues! But the good thing is, when this was escalated from side, I could witness that all problems been resolved by iVisa Leaders within few hours! Regards, A.R.M. Unni.
You state visa always ready in 24 hours. But with started on Friday, I missed my flight on Tuesday. But then iVisa refunded my speeding fee, 410HKD. That's fine.
I opted the option for super rush and paid excess amount but it took normal time for the Visa. Issuance was delayed, no refund of the excess amount?
Pros - - the documents being reviewed by experts prior to submission reduces chances of rejection - 24/7 chat support - received my evisa as promised (a little late than initially committed) Cons - - The service was slower than initially committed.. - emails weren't replied spontaneously - a little overpriced
Response is good however they don't have fallback of technical failures. I lost my money over tickets.
customer care at ivisa was very supportive but i feel they need bit of more training and also overall processing was slow and information regarding documents submission was not updated to me on timely manner, for instance i was called to embassy for interview and the email sent my ivisa was not clear enough. Also they did not mention i need to take self attested copies of all the documents during interview hence i had to run out to get all copies post interview at embassy. i would recommend people to go through official website of malaysia immigration because it will take you same time to get visa and all information is specified there and you will save same some cash which you can spend on your vacation instead paying ivisa. Thanks, Sagar
I had submitted my application on 24/4/19 at 11am and selected the 24Hrs package. It's means that i should obtain my visa on 25/04/19 at noon time but unfortunately i'm not received any email. So i'm seeking assistance thru live chat and only being informed that i have missing information so immediately give the required information. Why only being informed after i follow up my application? Then i ask the support that can i obtain my visa by today but i had been told might need another 24 hrs for approval. i started feels frustrated because i might not able to fly by next day and flight ticket will be burst. Luckily at last i manage to obtain my visa. Thanks to God. What im trying to say is this type of matter should not happen as already stated clearly that if there is any missing info will be alerted thru email not until during follow up.
Honestly it is really costly..it should be as per market price. Actually visa cost 1000 Rs only. While I paid 6076.64 Rs. It's more than 6 times of actual visa cost..ok i am agree, for visa cost will be more than actual because it includes your fees. But how much..from this money you can make 6 people visa. Really I'm embarrassed to see such big difference. Please think over this. Is it right to take 6 times money for tourist visa...
The support but was good but you say processing time is 24 hours and it has taken more than a week for me to get my visa.
I THOUGHT VISA WILL COME IN 24 HRS BUT IT TOOK ME 15 DAYS, OTHER THAN EVERYTHING IS FINE, EASY TO APPLY, IMMEDIATE RESPONSE
Intial blockage, good at the end.My experience with ivisa started with a hiccup after i realised they had not even started processing the initial phase after payment, let alone apply on my behalf. Their customer care is excruciatingly slow. After I wrote them an email, I was given quite an indifferent answer by a certain David S who replied that they are busy and therefore I can discontinue their service. When I replied that I was under the impression that ivisa is a reputable company which gets jobs done, the person's tone changed and my application was given a priority. Since that initial problem, the rest was breeze. They reviewed and applied for my visa which I received within a day! So overall, I would say they do have some good workers but definitely some have lackadaisical attitude.
Thanks for the services, Although it is said to be taking a day only, it took two days. Anyhow thanks,
the rates were very high compared to the rate provided by the govt
We tried to get a visa signed available within 24h. Unfortunately it took 3 days and it was too late. Communication is quite taff to get a respone. But all contacts I had where nice and helpfull. It doesn’t work with the visa as fast as promised but we got back the full money. I woul try next time again.
i just missed my airplane because i didn't received my visa but i have to cancel and re schedule the booking please do more care about client arrival dates so late - try to care about customer arrival dates
I got visa. Thanks for that . But lot of times spent. Its bothering ,
I am confused to give this rating becouse they way of applying visa is good and another thing is you can send documents what is needed by email bad thing is very tough to get in touch by call chat and email not consistency for time its other thing if they have short staff or system problems etc. other thing is they was need the documents what when i was emailed everything they was keep asking me and everything was emailed around 3 times and it was saying to approve or process in about 1 hour took way more longer and i was paid extra about 81$ for rush visa and i didnt got it and when I talked to customer service they said they will return my money so if i got my money wake then it putt different image on whole this thing becouse it will look very fair and genuine process with future reference of ivisa thanks
I was very impressed with how quickly I got responded after submitting my application. I was asked for 3 months bank statements however, and this requirement was not presented on the website as far as I could see. I am not sure whether this is a routin check for tourist visa... it would be nice if this requirement were listed on the website. At the end I did receive my visa so the overall experience was ok.
